Abstract
공지의 펌프 장치는 연료기화촉진장치의 누설을 진단하기 위한 펌프 다이어프램을 구비하며, 그 펌프 다이어프램은 내연기관의 흡기관으로부터의 저압과 주위압력에 의해서 교대로 부하되게 이뤄지고 있다.
내연기관의 특히 연료기화촉진장치(1)를 위해서 설치된 펌프장치(1)가 제안되며, 이 펌프장치(1)는 전자석(46) 및 자석식의 자동차(41)에 의해서 구동되는 펌프 다이어프램(22)을 구비하고, 그 펌프 다이어프램(22)은 밸브 장치(24,25)를 구비한 피드 장치(34)를 제한하며, 제1밸브(24)가 공급도관(29)을 거쳐서 주위 공기에 노출될 수 있고, 피드도관(30)을 갖는 제2밸브(25)를 거쳐서 흡착 필터(6)에 접속가능하며, 피드 도관(30)은 차단 밸브(20)를 구비하고 그 차단 밸브(20)가 전자석 방식으로 조작가능하게 구성되어 있다.
본 발명에 의한 펌프 장치는 특히 내연기관의 연료기화촉진장치를 위해서 설치되고 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 펌프장치를 갖는 내연기관을 위한 연료기화촉진 장치를 개략적으로 도시한 도면, 제2도는 본 발명에 의한 펌프장치의 측면도, 제3도는 제2도의 III-III 선을 따른 단면도.
Claims (13)
- 밸브 장치를 구비한 피드실을 칸막이하는 펌프 다이어프램을 구비하고, 제1밸브에 의해서 피드실이 공급도관을 거쳐서 주위 공기에 노출될 수 있고, 제2밸브에 의해서 피드실이 피드도관을 거쳐서 흡착 필터에 접속가능하며, 공급도관과 피드도관과의 사이에 차단 밸브가 설치되어 있는 형식이고 특히, 내연기관의 연료기화촉진장치를 위한 펌프장치에 있어서, 펌프 다이어프램(22)이 전자석 방식의 구동장치(23)에 의해서 가동되며 차단밸브(20)가 전자석 방식으로 조작가능하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자석식의 구동장치(23)를 구비한 펌프 다이어프램(22)과 전자석 방식으로 조작가능한 차단 밸브(20)가 펌프장치(2)의 공통의 케이싱(36)내에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펌프 다이어프램(22)에 펌프 플런저(40)가 부착되며, 그 펌프플런저(40)가 전자석(46)에 의해서 이동가능한 자석식의 자동자(41)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 차단 밸브(20)는 밸브 폐쇄부재(95)를 구비하며, 그 밸브 폐쇄부재(95)가 전자석(100)에 의해서 이동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 차단 밸브(20)의 밸브 폐쇄부재(95)는 접시상으로 구성되고, 케이싱(36)내에 설치된 가로방향통로(115)의 원통형 횡단면을 갖는 부분(124)내에 수용되며, 그 부분(124)은 가로방향통로(115)의 원추형의 횡단면을 갖는 부분(125)으로 이행하고 있으며, 원통형 횡단면을 갖는 부분(124)이 원추형의 횡단면을 갖는 부분(125)으로 이행하는 이행부에 밸브 폐쇄부재(95)의 밸브시트(112)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 펌프 다이어프램(22)의 전자석식의 구동장치(23)와 차단밸브(20)가 케이싱(36) 내에서 서로 독립한 운동축선(64,65)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 공급도관(29)이 케이싱(36)내에서 별개로 설치된 2개의 통로(85,116)에 의해서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 펌프 다이어프램(22)이 케이싱(36)의 단면(62)에 설치된 절단면(70,71)내에 배치되며, 그 절단면이 단면(62)에 얹히는 케이싱 커버(40)에 의해서 기밀하게 폐쇄가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 펌프 다이어프램(22)을 맞대하는 펌프 플런저(40)의 단부(51)에 펌프 플런저(40)의 위치를 검출하는 장치(67,120)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 펌프 플런저(40)의 위치를 검출하는 장치(67,120)가 펌프 플런저(40)의 단부(51)에 부착된 1개의 원판(67)과, 이 원판(67)에 의해서 전기적으로 서로 접속가능한 2개 이상의 접점(120)에 의해서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 펌프 다이어프램(22)의 전기식의 구동장치(23) 및 전자석 방식으로 조작가능한 차단밸브(20)를 제어하기 위한 수단(128,130)이 케이싱(36)의 내부 또는 외부에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 접촉 플레이트(128)의 전기적인 구성부분(130)이 전기식의 구동장치(23)의 전자석(46) 및 차단밸브(20)의 전자석(100)과 전기적으로 접속되고 있으며, 접촉원판(67)에 의해서 접촉 러그(120)을 거쳐서 전기식의 구동장치(23)의 제어 및 차단밸브(20)의 전자석(100)의 제어가 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펌프장치(2)에 의해서 흡입된 주위공기를 정화하기 위해서 필터(27)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
