Abstract
본 발명은 제지 산업에서 재사용을 위한 폐지의 리사이클링으로부터의 폐지 또는 다른 잔유물 같은 카오린-함유 물질의 정확히 명시된 조건하에서의 푸졸라닉성 물질을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이 목적을 위해 바람직하게는 780℃의 유동층에서 소성이 발생하며, 이때 프리보드의 온도는 이와 같거나 이하인 것이 효과적이다. 푸졸라닉성 물질의 수경성은 높은 압축 강도의 콘크리트를 제조하는데에 적합하다. 본 발명은 또한 본 발명의 방법에 의해 제조한 푸졸라닉 물질을 포함하는 시멘트에 관한 것이다.

Claims (15)
- 카오린-함유 물질을 산소 기체 존재하에서 프리보드를 가지는 유동층 장치에서 열처리하는 카오린-함유 물질의 푸졸라닉성의 물질로의 열전환 방법에 있어서, 상기 유동층은 720 내지 850℃의 온도에서 작동되고, 상기 프리보드의 온도는 850℃ 또는 그 이하이며, 상기 유동층은 열 전달을 촉진하는 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 카오린-함유 물질의 푸졸라닉성의 물질로의 열전환 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사용되는 카오린-함유 물질은 제지 산업에서 재사용을 위한 리사이클링 폐지로부터의 폐지 또는 잔유물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유동층에서의 온도는 750 내지 800℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유동층의 온도는 780℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 프리보드에서의 온도는 상기 유동층에서의 온도와 같은 수준 또는 더 낮게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 프리보드 또는 연속적인 칼슘 옥사이드 전환 챔버에서의 온도는 500℃ 또는 그 이하로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 프리보드 또는 상기 연속적인 칼슘 옥사이드 전환 챔버에서의 온도는 150 내지 350℃로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 프리보드 또는 상기 연속적인 칼슘 옥사이드 전환 챔버가 냉각된 후 흡수된 열은 열처리되는 카오린-함유 물질의 건조에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 프리보드 또는 상기 연속적인 칼슘 옥사이드 전환 챔버에서의 수증기 농도는 30 내지 50부피%로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 프리보드 또는 연속적인 칼슘 옥사이드 전환 챔버에 물이 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 프리보드에 유입되는 상기 물은 소성되는 카오린-함유 물질로부터 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열전달을 촉진하기 위한 수단으로서 카오린-함유 물질로부터 형성된 물질의 존재하에서 소성이 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 푸졸라닉 물질을 시멘트 제조에 사용되는 일반적인 출발 물질에 첨가하거나 또는 시멘트 제조에 사용되는 일반적인 출발 물질을 부분적으로 상기 푸졸라닉 물질로 대체하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 제조 방법.
- 상기 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 카오린-함유 물질을 압축된 형태로 상기 유동층 장치에 유입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 푸졸라닉 물질을 굵은 부류와 미세한 부류로 분리하고 상기 굵은 부류를 상기 카오린-함유 물질과 혼합하여 상기 유동층 장치로 재투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
