Abstract

확대재료의 절연층(6)이 삽입되는 사이에 금속 외부단면 절삭(2)과 금속 내부 단면 절삭(4)으로 일이지고, 그 외부단면 절삭(2)상에 한세로 단부를 따라 제공되는 암리브(12)와 대변세로 단부를 따라 제공되는 수리브(14)를 포함하고, 인접패널의 암리브(12)의 구부러진 단부(16)에 의해 맞물리게 할 수 있는 세로홈(22)을 포함하고 있는 디이프 리브 복합 열전연 패널에 있어서, 암리브(12)는 상기 구부르진 단부(16)에 직면하는 세로 언더커트(18) 이루어지고, 수리브(14)는 상기 외부단면 절삭(2)의 구부러진 단부(26)에 의해 외부로 결합되는 계속적인 세로의 베어낸 부분(24)을 제공하고, 그리고 수리브(14)는 그의 길이 방향으로 배포되는 복수의 탄성판(30)으로 이루어지고 그리고 인접패널의 암리브(12)의 언더커트(18)에 연결하는 톱니를 소유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널.

제4도는 중도리 고정나사에 취해진 단면에 표시되는 2개 패널 사이연결의 활동 상세도.
제5도는 한 탄성판에 취해진 단면에서 표시되는 같은 활동 상세를 표시한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 확대 재료의 절연층(6)이 삽입되는 사이에 금속 외부단면 절삭(2)과 금속내부 단면 절삭(4)으로 이루어지고, 그 외부단면 절삭(2)상에 한세로 단부를 따라 제공되는 암리브(12)와 대변세로 단부를 따라 제공되는 수리브(14)를 포함하고, 인접패널의 암리브(12)의 구부러진 단부(16)에 의해 맞물리게 할 수 있는 세로홈(22)을 포함하고 있는 디이프 리브 복합 열절연 패널에 있어서, 암리브(12)는 상기 구부러진 단부(16)에 직면하는 세로 언더커트(18)로 이루어지고, 수리브(14)는 상기 외부단면 절삭(2)의 구부러진 단부(26)에 의해 외부로 결합되는 계속적인 세로의 베어낸 부분(24)을 제공하고, 그리고 수리브(14)는 그의 길이 방향으로 복수의 탄성판(30)으로 이루어지고 그리고 인접패널의 암리브(12)의 언더커트(18)에 연결하는 톱니를 소유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 각 탄성판(30)은 세로의 베어낸 부분(24)을 따라 외부단면 절삭(2)의 내측에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 수리브(14)로 이루어지는 세로단부와 암리브(12)로 이루어지는 인접패널의 세로 단부를 따라 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 세로의 베어낸 부분(28)과 능선(20)은 내부단면 절삭(4)에 의해 덮여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널.
