Abstract

一种加强筋复合保温板,包括一个金属外表面(2)和一个金属内表面(4)以及介于它们之间由发泡材料构成的绝热层(6),而且还包括在金属外表面(2)上沿一条纵向边布置的一条阴筋(12),和沿相对纵向边布置的一条阳筋(14),阳筋(14)包含一条能与相邻保温板阴筋(12)的弯曲边(16)啮合的纵向凹槽(22),其特征在于:阴筋(12)包括一条面对上述弯曲边(16)的纵向凹槽(18),阳筋(14)具有一条以上述外表面(2)的弯曲边(26)作为外边界的连续纵向切口部分(24),而且阳筋(14)包括多个在其长度方向上分布的弹簧片(30),每个弹簧片(30)具有一个与相邻保温板阴筋(12)的凹槽(18)相耦合的齿。

Description

加强筋复合保温板
本发明涉及一种加强筋复合保温板(deep ribbed Compositethermoinsulating Panel)。
现有的加强筋复合保温板,包括两个金属表面和介于其间的一个绝热层。这两个表面最好采用镀锌钢板、铝板、铜板或不锈钢板制成,而绝热层则采用泡沫聚氨脂或矿物棉。它们主要用在房顶结构中。
特别是,现有的保温板包括一条沿其一边的实心纵向筋(阳筋)和沿其相对另一边的空心纵向筋(阴筋)。在安装过程中,首先把保温板固定在它下面的桁条上,这块安装好的保温板的阳筋被相邻保温板的阴筋所包含,从而构成房顶的连续性。
这些现有的保温板有一个缺点是在安装时要使用螺栓,螺栓穿过保温板两表面并固定在它下面的桁条上。因此需要在保温板上钻孔,当房顶建成后不可避免地存在渗漏的危险。
另外一个缺点是为了防止这样的渗漏或为了尽快驱散渗漏,保温板必须沿不小于7°的斜坡布置。
再一个缺点是把保温板固定到桁条上的螺栓必须是特殊类型的,特别是它们的头部带有一个塑料外壳,用来防止任何气候条件的变化,这种变化是因它们所暴露的环境随时间变化而产生的。
再一个缺点是把相邻保温板紧贴在桁条上并使二者固定的联接,无法保证在那些从桁条上拆除的区域的保温板之间的紧装配,因为保温板不可避免地会产生变形,例如由于它本身重力的原因,这就意味着不能保证保温板相邻边之间的良好配合。
如权力要求1中所述,本发明通过一种加强筋复合保温板克服了上述所有缺点。
一种本发明的优选实施例在下文中被详细描述,并伴有图解参考说明,其中的附图有:
图1是本发明的保温板的透视图;
图2是对应于保温板实心筋一侧配置的一个弹簧片局部放大视图;
图3是一块保温板与另一块已经在桁条上安装好的保温板联接过程中的局部放大视图;
图4是取自桁条固定螺栓处两块保温板联接的动态局部剖视图;
图5展示了取自一个弹簧片处的同一动态局部剖视图。
由图中可以看出,本发明所涉及的保温板包括一个金属外表面2,一个金属内表面4和一个介于两者之间的绝热材料层6。金属外表面2用金属板制成,最好采用镀锌钢板、铝板、铜板或不锈钢板,或是裸露或是预先在它的内表面涂漆以利于夹紧绝热材料层6。金属外表面不仅包括高的纵向脊8,其作用是使产品结构强化并产生出导向槽来疏散雨水,而且还包括细的横向脊10,它具有使产品结构强化和产生小的平面两重作用。
在图中所示的实施例中,保温板包括一个梯形的单面内侧纵向脊8,其中填充着与构成中间层6相同的绝热材料。
内表面4用平的金属板制成,通常不厚于外表面2并且最好采用镀锌钢板或铝板,裸露或是预先在其外表面和内表面涂漆以利于夹紧绝热材料层6。
绝热材料层6可单独由一种材料构成,也可包括几种材料;最常用的材料是泡沫聚氨基甲酸乙脂或矿物棉,最好是定向纤维的类型。
在本发明的保温板中,外表面2延伸至保温板的纵向边以外形成一条阴筋12,安装时用它包含相邻保温板,如下文所述,阳筋14沿相邻保温板的相对边布置。阴筋12具有一条向内弯曲的自由边16以及与其相对的凹槽18。
在本发明涉及的保温板的同一边,绝热层6延伸到内表面4附近构成一道被表面本身所覆盖的纵向脊20。沿保温板相对边设置的阳筋14不同于中央梯形脊8,特别是包括面对保温板内侧的凹槽22,在相对侧加工出一条纵向切口部分24,完全被外表面2覆盖,并且使它的自由边26向上弯曲形成上述切口部分24的外部边界。
沿保温板的同一边,绝热层6包含的另一个纵向切口部分28,基本上与沿相对边布置的脊20互补,后者被内表面4覆盖。
在外表面2上分布着许多耦合元件30,如下文所述,由弹簧片构成并且每个耦合元件上都带有一个齿32,该齿同阴筋12的凹槽18相配合。
最好是通过一个连续的自动加工过程将弹簧片30等距离地分散固定在外表面2的较低边上。
本发明涉及保温板的安装过程应按照以下步骤:
把第一块保温板定位在桁条34上,并用装在在纵向切口部分24内的螺栓36牢固固定,螺栓36穿过表面2和4以及绝热层6后拧入每根桁条34中。最好把一个密封垫圈(在图中未画出)放在每个螺栓36的头部和外表面2之间。
第二块保温板的阴筋12的外侧弯曲边16,倾斜地卡住第一块保温板,接着嵌入第一块保温板阳筋14的纵向凹槽22中,然后在保持嵌入状态的同时转动第二块保温板,一直转到它与第一块保温板达到共面位置为止。用这种方法可迫使弹簧片30向切口部分24的内侧产生弹性变形,直到每个弹簧片30的耦合齿32嵌入第二块保温板阴筋12的凹槽18中,第二块保温板的脊20嵌入第一块保温板的切口部分28中。在这个过程结束时,即当第二块保温板安放在桁条34上并与第一块保温板共面时,它的脊20嵌入切口部分28中,由此所有弹簧片30的耦合齿32嵌入它的阴筋12的凹槽18中,第二块保温板也可由螺栓36固定到桁条34上,从而允许第三块保温板接着安装,如此循环直到房顶完成为止。
从上文所述可知,很显然本发明涉及的保温板同传统保温板相比有很大的优点,特别是:
-每块保温板的两表面2和4用螺栓36连接,因为螺栓的头部置于每条阳筋14的切口部分24中,然后被相对应的阴筋12覆盖,不受气候影响,采用标准的市场供应的普通螺栓就可满足要求,即不用塑料外壳;
它保证了沿相邻保温板接触边全长上的有效联接,而不只是在桁条上;
所有紧固点都从视野中隐去;
沿每条阳筋14的切口部分24加工出一条纵向导向槽;这道导向槽以外表面2的上翻边作为外边界,而且因为弹簧片30在外表面较低边的布置保证了任何可能渗入联接处的水完全疏散。这种通过导向槽取得的水的完全疏散结构,还可以使保温板斜度从目前能达到的最小值7%减小到3%;
由于弹簧片30在上述外表面较低边的布置,保证了外表面2与绝热层6之间的一种有效的机械联接。

Claims (4)

1、一种加强筋复合保温板,包括一个金属外表面(2)和一个金属内表面(4)以及介于它们之间由发泡材料构成的绝热层(6),而且还包括沿金属外表面(2)一条纵向边设置的阴筋(12),和一条沿相对纵向边布置的阳筋(14),另外包括一条能与相邻保温板阴筋(12)的弯曲边(16)啮合的纵向凹槽(22),其特征在于:
阴筋(12)包括一条面对上述弯曲边(16)的纵向凹槽(18),
阳筋(14)具有一条以上述外表面(2)的弯曲边(26)作为外边界的连续纵向切口部分(24),以及
阳筋(14)包括多个在其长度方向上分布的弹簧片(30)并且每个弹簧片(30)具有一个与相邻保温板阴筋(12)的凹槽(18)相耦合的齿。
2、如权利要求1所述的保温板,其特征在于:每个弹簧片(30)沿纵向切口部分(24)布置在外表面(2)的内侧。
3、如权利要求1所述的保温板,其特征在于:一块保温板的一条纵向边包括一条阳筋(14),相邻保温板的一条纵向边包括阴筋(12)。
4、如权利要求3所述的保温板,其特征在于:纵向切口部分(28)和脊(20)被内表面(4)所覆盖。
