Description

Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft ein mehrschichtiges Dämmelement 10 zur Abdichtung und Wärmeisolierung von Dachflächen und Gebäudeteilen.
Das als Verbundplatte ausgeführte Dämmelement vereinigt alle Anforderungen, die im Schichtaufbau an ein einschaliges Warmdach gestellt werden.
Das Element besteht aus Polyurethan-Hartschaumplatten 16 (PU-Hartschaumplatten), welche an der Ober- und Unterseite mit einem Aluminium-RifFelband 14 und 15 beschichtet sind. Diese doppelseitige Aluminiumbeschichtung wirkt der materialeigenenen Neigung von PU-Hartschaumplatten zur Verformung („Schüsseleffekt") entgegen.
Zur Realisierung der bauphysikalischen Anforderungen bezüglich Dampfsperre, Dampfentspannung, Dämmwert und Abdichtung gegen Witterungseinflüsse ist das Dämmelement an der Unterseite mit einem speziellen Kanalsystem zur Dampfsperre- und entspannung 18 versehen, während auf der Oberseite eine wasserundurchlässige Polymerbitumenbahn aufkaschiert ist. Diese Abdichtungsbahn besitzt eine textile Trägereinlage 13, welche durch ihre Kombination aus Glasgewebe, Polyestervlies und Glasvlies die auf die Dachhaut aus unterschiedlichen Ursachen wirkenden Kräfte zuverlässig aufnimmt. Die textile Trägereinlage ist satt durchtränkt und beidseitig mit Polymerbitumen 12 beschichtet.
Zur Wärmeabstrahlung und zum Schutz des Polymerbitumens der Abdichtungsbahn gegen UV-Strahlung ist die Oberfläche mit einem weißen wasserabweisenden Spezialschiefer 11 beschichtet.
Die geringe Wärmeleitfähigkeit des Dämmelements (0,025 W/mK) resultiert aus 95 % geschlossenzelligem, verrottungs-, faulnis- und schimmelfestem PU-Hartschaum und der beidseitigen Beschichtung mit Aluminium-RifFelband von 50 &mgr;&eegr;&igr; Dicke, verbunden mit beidseits längs verlaufendem Stufenfalz 17.

Claims (8)

Mehrschichtiges Dämmelement mit Abdichtungslage Ansprüche
1. Dämmelement zur Abdichtung und Wärmeschutzisolierung von Dachflächen
und Gebäudeteilen, bestehend aus ober- und unterseitig mit Aluminium-Riffelband beschichteten PU-Hartschaumplatten sowie einer oberseitig thermisch aufgebrachten Abdichtungslage aus Polymerbitumen, versehen mit einer textilen Trägereinlage und mit wasserabweisender Bestreuung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite des Dämmelements als eingeprägtes Dampfentspannungskanalsystem ausgebildet ist.
Dämmelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
2. das ober- und unterseitige Aluminium-Riffelband 50 &mgr;&eegr;&igr; dick ist,
3. das ober- und unterseitige Aluminium-Riffelband eine Prägestruktur besitzt
4. die PU-Hartschaumplatten FCKW-frei und zweiseitig mit Stufenfalz versehen sind,
5. die oberseitig thermisch aufgebrachte Abdichtungslage eine Kombinationsträgereinlage aus Glasgewebe, Polyestervlies und Glasvlies besitzt,
6. die Bestreuung der Abdichtungslage aus einem wasserabweisenden Schiefergranulat besteht,
7. die Bestreuung der Abdichtungslage weiß und UV-strahlungsreflektierend ist,
8. die Abdichtungslage des Dämmelements an zwei rechtwinklig zueinander liegenden Seiten überlappt.
