Abstract

Facade insulation block is made up of the lining of the metal sheet 1, which is cut to the required dimension, then is folded into the desired shape as shown in Figure 5a, after which the mineral wool installed the required four dimensions, then put the bottom of fireproof material 2 and connects the fourth fasteners. And so arises the finished product facade insulation block that can be of various sizes, colors and materials, and is used to create facades of buildings with excellent thermal insulation, fire resistant and aesthetic properties, while a relatively low cost and quick and easy installation.

Description

Facade insulation block
Description of the Invention
The area to which the invention relates
This invention relates to building facades of buildings: houses, commercial buildings, factories, etc, and according to international classification is classified as E04 5/52 building elements.
Technical problem
The problem is that we need the final element of the facade that is aesthetically beautiful, flexible, inexpensive, easy to install and also gives thermal protection, security protection and Fire Protection.
It very quickly and cheaply resolved thermal protection of buildings, provides energy savings for heating and cooling buildings, as well as protection from fire, which is not the case with styrofoam facade (ETICS).
State of the art
There are many solutions for building facades, but none so far has not fully solve the problem, while helping low price of the product, low cost and high speed of installation, while helping a great variety of aesthetic solutions that achieve different block sizes and different colors, and type of material the final layer, and a huge number of possible combinations, with simultaneous fire resistance. As an example exist anymore styrofoam facade (ETICS) with a lower probability of aesthetic design, the problem of simultaneous embrittlement of the fire.

A detailed description of at least one way of carrying out the invention
Coating of the metal sheet 1 is cut to the required dimension, then is bent into the desired shape as shown in Figure 5a, after which they first apply an additional layer 5 of foam (polyurethane, etc. ..) that serves to protect the mineral wool in case of damage lining of sheet metal, then installed the required mineral wool 3 dimensions, then placed the bottom of fireproof material 2, and all connecting fittings. And so arises the finished product facade insulation block.
Method of application of the invention
The application of this invention is to create facades of new and existing buildings. Facade insulation to block construction adhesive sticks to the wall of the building, and adhesive layer thickness can be controlled facade plane in relation to the possible deviations of the building wall plane. For more (high) building facade insulation is used to block one or two additional hinge with fixing screws.
