Abstract

1,2-디클로로에탄(EDC)은 순환된 촉매-함유 EDC 속으로 염소 및 에틸렌을 공급하고, 반응 혼합물의 부분흐름을 플래시 증발에 공급하고, 기화된 EDC를 보다 용이하게 휘발하는 성분으로부터 분리하고 이것을 반응에 재순환함으로서 제조한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 염소 및 에틸렌을, 염화철(Ⅲ) 및 원소주기율표의 제1 또는 제2족의 할로겐화금속과 소량의 산소이 촉매계를 함유하는 순환된 1,2-디클로로에탄 속으로 공급하고 반응 혼합물의 부분흐름은 플래시 증발로 공급하고, 기화된 EDC는 보다 쉽게 휘발하는 성분으로부터 분리 및 격리하고, 상기 보다 쉽게 휘발하는 성분은 상기 반응으로 복귀시키는 것으로 이루어지며, 단, 하기 공정; 촉매계의 염화금속은 염화나트륨이고, 염화나트륨대 염화철(Ⅲ)의 몰비는 전체 반응동안 0.5 이하로 유지되고, 플래시 증발은 감압하에 용기내에서 진행되고 에틸렌-함유 배출 가스는 커므레셔에 의해 반응에 재순환되는 공정이 병용은 제외되는 것을 특징으로 하는 1,2-디클로로에탄 (EDC)의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응은 약 50 내지 200℃의 온도 및 약 1 내지 약 15bar 게이지 압력의 압력하에서 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 1,2-디클로롤에탄(EDC)의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플래시 증발은 0.2 내지 3.5bar의 절대치 압력에서 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 1,2-디클로로에탄 (EDC)의 제조방법.
