Abstract
본 발명은 1) 규소 또는 규소와 게르마늄의 혼합물의 산화물 및 2) 제올라이트내 금속의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 2 내지 5중량%로 존재하는 아연의 산화물로 이루어진 새로운 결정성 제올라이트 SSZ-41에 관한 것이다.또한 제올라이트 SSZ-41은 임의적으로 알루미늄, 철, 갈륨 또는 이의 혼합물을 함유할 슈 있다. 제올라이트 SSZ-41은 표 I의 X-선 회걸선을 가지며 87°K에서 적어도 약 0.06g/g아르곤의 아르곤 흡착용량을 갖는다. 또한 제올라이트SSZ-41의 제법 및 용도에 관하여 기재한다.

Claims (43)
- 제올라이트가 표 Ⅰ의 Ⅹ-선 회절선을 갖고 87°K 에서 약 0.06g/g 아르곤 이상의 아르곤 흡착용량을 가지며, 1) 규소 또는 규소와 게르마늄의 혼합물의 산화물 및 2) 제올라이트 내 총 금속중량을 기준으로 하여 약 2 내지 약 5중량%으로 존재하는 아연의 산화물을 포함하는 제올라이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아연이 이온교환에 의해서가 아니라 제올라이트 합성에 의하여 제올라이트내에 존재하는 제올라이트.
- 제올라이트가 표 Ⅰ의 Ⅹ-선 회절선을 가지며, 아연이 제올라이트내 총금속중량을 기준으로 하여 약 2 내지 5중량%로 존재하고, 알루미늄, 철, 갈륨, 또는 이의 혼합물이 제올라이트내 총금속을 기준으로 하여 약 500 내지 약 1000ppm이 존재하는 1) 규소 또는 규소와 게르마늄의 혼합물의 산화물, 2) 아연 산화물 및 3) 알루미늄, 철, 갈륨 또는 이의 혼합물의 산화물을 포함하는 제올라이트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 아연 및 알루미늄이 이온교환에 의해서가 아니라 제올라이트 합성에 의해 제올라이트내에 존재하는 제올라이트.
- 무수상태 및 합성된 상태로 하기 몰비의 조성을 함유하는 제올라이트:YO2/ZnO 25-50, YO2/Q 20-40상기 식에서, Y는 규소 또는 규소와 게르마늄의 혼합물을 포함하며, Q는 각 고리에 사차암모늄을 이루는 하나 또는 그 이상의 질소를 포함하는 각 헤테로고리가 폴리메틸렌 그룹의 각 말단에 연결된 선형 폴리메틸렌 그룹의 이중사차암모늄 화합물을 포함하며, 제올라이트는 Ⅹ-선 회절선을 갖는다.

- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하소 후 표 Ⅱ의 Ⅹ-선 회절선을 갖는 제올라이트.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 수소형태로 있는 제올라이트.
- 제8항에 따른 제올라이트를 포함하는 촉매.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 산이 거의 없는 촉매.
- 제올라이트는 아르곤 흡착용량이 87°K 에서 약 0.06g/g아르곤 이상이고, 표Ⅰ의 Ⅹ-선 회절선을 가지며, (A) 1)알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 산화물의 공급원, 2) 규소 산화물 또는 산화규소와 게르마늄 산화물 혼합물의 공급원, 3) 아연 산화물의 공급원, 및 4) 각 고리에 사차암모늄을 이루는 하나 또는 그 이상의 질소를 포함하는 각 헤테로고리가 폴리메틸렌 그룹의 각 말단에 연결된 선형 폴리메틸렌 그룹의 이중사차암모늄 화합물을 포함하는 유기 주형제를 제조하고; (B) 결정화조건 하에서 제올라이트의 결정이 형성될 때까지 상기 수성 혼합물을 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하여 1)규소 또는 규소와 게르마늄의 혼합물의 산화물 및 2) 제올라이트내 금속총중량을 기준으로 하여 약 2 내지 5중량% 존재하는 아연의 산화물을 포함하는 제올라이트의 제조방법.
- 제올라이트는 표Ⅰ의 Ⅹ-선 회절선을 가지며, (A) 1)알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 산화물의 공급원, 2) 규소 산화물 또는 규소산화물과 게르마늄 산화물 혼합물의 공급원, 3) 아연 산화물의 공급원, 4) 알루미늄, 철, 갈륨 또는 이의 혼합물의 산화물의 공급원 및 4) 각 고리에 사차암모늄을 이루는 하나 또는 그 이상의 질소를 포함하는 각 헤테로고리가 폴리메틸렌 그룹의 각 말단에 연결된 선형 폴리메틸렌 그룹의 이중사차암모늄 화합물을 포함하는 유기 주형제를 제조하고; (B) 결정화 조건 하에서 제올라이트의 결정이 형성될 때까지 상기 수성 혼합물을 유지시킴을 특징으로 하여 1) 규소 또는 규소와 게르마늄의 혼합물의 산화물, 2) 제올라이트내 금속총중량을 기준으로 하여 약 2내지 5중량% 존재하는 아연 산화물 및 3) 제올라이트내 총금속을 기준으로 하여 약 500 내지 10,000ppm 존재하는 알루미늄, 철, 갈륨 또는 이의 혼합물의 산화물을 포함하는 제올라이트의 제조방법.
- 탄화수소 전화 조건에서 탄화수소 공급원료를 제 9항의 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 전화법.
- 수소화분해조건하에서 탄화수소 공급원료를 제 10항의 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화분해법.
- 탈납조건하에서 탄화수소 공급원료를 제10항의 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈납법.
- 이성질화 탈납조건하에서 납성 탄화수소 공급원료를 제1항의 제올라이트로 이루어진 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 납성 탄화수소 공급원료의 점성 지수를 개선시키는 방법.
- 제1항의 제올라이트 및 하나 이상의 Ⅷ족 금속으로 이루어진 촉매로 올레핀 공급원료를 이성질화하는 것으로 이루어진 C20+올레핀 공급원료로부터 C20+윤활유를 제조하는 방법.
- 제3항의 제볼라이트 및 하나 이상의 Ⅷ족 금속으로 이루어진 촉매로 올레핀 공급원료를 이성질화하는 것으로 이루어진 C20+올레핀 공급원료로부터 C20+윤활유를 제조하는 방법.
- 약 15 내지 3000psig의 수소압력하에서 부가된 수소기체 존재하에서의 탄화수소 오일 공급원료를 제1항의 제올라이트 및 적어도 하나의 Ⅷ족 금속으로 이루어진 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 직쇄 및 다소 분쇄의 탄화수소를 포함하고 약 350℉ 이상의 비점을 갖는 촉매적으로 탄화수소오일 공급원료를 탈납하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 촉매가 제1층이 제1항의 제올라이트 및 적어도 하나의 Ⅷ족 금속을 포함하고, 제2층이 제1항의 제올라이트보다 더욱 선택적인 모양을 지닌 알루미노규산염 제올라이트를 포함하는 적층(layered)촉매인 방법.
- (a)수소화분해된 오일로 이루어진 배출물을 얻도록 탄화수소 공급원료를 수소화분해 영역에서 수소화 분해하고, (b) 제1항의 제올라이트 및 적어도 하나의 Ⅷ족 금속으로 이루어진 촉매와 함께 부가된 수소기체 존재하에서 약 15 내지 3000psig의 압력 및 400℉ 이상의 온도에서 수소화분해된 오일로 이루어진 상기 배출물을 촉매적으로 탈납하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 제올라이트 및 하나 이상의 Ⅷ족 금속으로 이루어진 촉매와 부가된 수소존재하에서 라피네이트를 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 라피네이트의 탈납 이성질화 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 라피네이트가 브라이트 스톡(bright stock)인 방법.
- 방향족 전화 조건하에서 40℃이상 200℃이하의 비점을 갖는 직쇄 및 다소 분쇄의 탄화수소로 이루어진 탄화수소 공급원료를 제10항의 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 증가된 방향족 함량을 갖는 생성물을 제조하기 위하여 탄화수소 공급 원료의 옥탄을 증가시키는 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 제Ⅷ족 금속을 함유하는 방법.
- 부가된 수소가 없는 접촉분해조건하에서 반응영역내 탄화수소 공급원료를 제8항의 제올라이트로 이루어진 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉분해법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 촉매가 부가적으로 큰 기공의 결정성 분해성분을 포함하는 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 촉매조성이 두성분의 물리적인 혼합으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 두 촉매성분이 무기 매트릭스와 결합된 방법.
- 하나 이상의 Ⅷ족 금속 및 제9항의 촉매로 이루어진 촉매를 이성질화 조건하에서 직쇄 및 다소 분쇄의 C4및 C7탄화수소를 갖는 공급원료를 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 C4및 C7탄화수소를 이성질화시키기 위한 이성질화 방법.
- 제30항에 있어서, Ⅷ족 금속을 함침시킨 후에 증가된 온도의 스팀/공기 혼합물에서 촉매가 하소되는 방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, Ⅷ족 금속이 백금인 방법.
- 알킬화조건하에서 1몰 이상 과량의 방향족 탄화수소를 제10항의 촉매존재에서 및 적어도 부분 액상조건하에서C2내지 C20올레핀과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 탄화수소의 알킬화 방법.
- 제33항에 있어서, 올레핀이 C2내지 C20올레핀인 방법.
- 제33항에 있어서, 방향족 탄화수소 및 올레핀이 각각 약 4 : 1 내지 20:1의 몰비로 존재하는 방법.
- 제33항에 있어서, 방향족 탄화수소가 벤젠, 톨루엔, 크실렌, 또는 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
