Abstract

홈부착 생크를 갖는 끼워지는 공구를 특히 확실히 걸 수 있는, 손잡이식 천공기계용의 공구 홀더가 제안된다.
공구 홀더(10)는, 걸림체(37)를 갖고 있고, 상기 걸림체(37)는, 기체(17)에 설치된 구멍(39)에 배치되어 있으며, 기체(17)에 설치된 구멍(39)에 배치되어 있고, 끼워지는 공구를 걸기위해, 걸림체(37)의 내측 단부가 공구 홀더(10)의 장착개구(18)에 삽입가능하다. 걸림체(37)의 외측 단부(45)는 폐쇄체(40)에 형상결합적으로 결합되어 있다. 폐쇄체(40)는, 걸림체(37)의 걸림방향으로, 폐쇄 스프링(41)의 힘에 의해 부하되어 있고, 걸림해제 슬리브(50)를 이용하여 스프링력에 대항하여 활주가능하며, 이 경우, 걸림체(37)의 형상접속을 통하여, 공구의 걸림 절결과의 결합을 벗어날 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 기초하여 공구 홀더를 갖는 헤머 드릴의 종단면도이며,

제4도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 기초한 부분 단면도이고,
제5도는 본 발명의 제3실시예에 기초한 부분 단면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 손잡이식 천공기계, 특히 해머드릴용의 공구홀더로서, 기체(17)가 설치되어 있고 상기 기체(17)에 홈부착 섕크를 갖는 공구용의 장착개구(18)가 배치되어 있으며, 적어도 하나의 걸림체(37)가 설치되어 있고, 상기 걸림체(37)가 기체(17)에 설치된 구멍(39)에 배치되어 있으며, 걸림체(37)가, 끼워지는 공구를 걸기 위해 반경방향으로 장착개구(18)에 집어넣을 수 있고, 걸림체(37)가 이 위치에서 폐쇄체(40)에 의해 유지되도록 되어 있는 형식의 것에 있어서, 걸림체(37)가 폐쇄체(40)에 형상결합적으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이식 천공기계용 공구홀더.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기체(17)에 설치된 상기 구멍(39)이, 경사져서 바깥쪽의 후방으로부터 안쪽의 전방으로 연장되고 있고, 공구 홀더(10)의 종방향 축선(38)과 함께 각도(α)를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이식 천공기계용 공구홀더.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각도(α)는 30˚인 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이식 천공기계용 공구홀더.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 걸림체(37)가 원통형 핀의 형상을 가지며, 상기 걸림체(37)의 안쪽 단부가 반구형상으로 모따기되어 있고, 걸림체(37)의 뒤쪽(45)이, 협소부(46)를 구비한 머리부(52)를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이식 천공기계용 공구홀더.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 폐쇄체(40)가 환형이고, 축방향 돌출부(42)를 갖고 있고, 상기 돌출부(42)가 돌출구멍(44)을 구비하고 있으며, 상기 관통구멍(44)이 걸림체(37)의 협소부(46)를 둘러싸고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이식 천공기계용 공구홀더.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부(42)가, 기체(17)의 축방향 안내홈(47)에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이식 천공기계용 공구홀더.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 기체(17)가 조립부착홈(54)를 구비하고 있고, 폐쇄체(40)가, 축방향으로 조립부착홈(54)에 정합가능하며, 이 경우 폐쇄체(40)가 이 위치에서 조립부착홈(54)에 침입가능하고, 이때에 폐쇄체(40)의 돌출부(42)가 안내홈(47)로부터 나와 원주방향으로 회전가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이식 천공기계용 공구홀더.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 공구 홀더(10)가, 홈부착 섕크 공구용의 공구장착부에 대해 부가적으로, 상기 공구 장착부에 전치된, 원형 섕크 공구용의 드릴척으로서 형성된 공구장착부를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이식 천공기계용 공구홀더.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 걸림체(37)가, 걸림체(37)의 뒤쪽(45)에 나사산 부착구멍(60)을 갖고 있고, 상기 나사산 부착구멍(60)에 나사(59)가 나사결합할 수 있으며, 상기 나사(59)가 폐쇄체(40)를 절림체(37)에 형상결합적으로 연결하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이식 천공기계용 공구홀더.
  10. 공구홀더(10)를 갖는 손잡이식 천공기계, 특히 해머드릴로서, 공구홀더(10)가, 기체(17)와, 홈부착 섕크를 구비한 공구용의 상기 기체(17)에 배치된 장착개구(18)를 갖고 있으며, 적어도 하나의 걸림체(37)가 설치되어 있고, 상기 걸림체(37)가, 상기 기체(17)에 설치된 구멍(39)에 배치되어 있으며, 끼워지는 공구를 걸기위해 반경방향으로 장착개구(18)에 삽입가능하고, 이 위치에서 폐쇄체(40)에 의해 유지되어 있는 형식의 것에 있어서, 걸림체(37)가 폐쇄체(40)에 형상결합적으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 공구홀더를 갖는 손잡이식 천공기계.
