Abstract

본 발명은 수상 소자 및 열 염료 전사공정에 의해 이미지를 제조할 때 그 수상 소자를 이용하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 수상 소자는 지지체, 인쇄된 비밀 층을 갖는 중합체 비밀층, 및 염료 도너 시이트로부터의 열적 전사에 의해 염료를 수납하기 위한 수상층을 포함하고, 중합체 비밀층은 인접한 각층에 대해 그의 접착성 보다 작은 접착성을 가지며, 인쇄된 비밀 패턴은 수상 소자로부터 상기 수상층을 박리하면 파괴된다.

Description

열적 염료 전사법용의 수상 소자(IMAGE- RECEIVING ELEMENT FOR THERMAL DYE TRANSFER METHOD)

Claims (19)

  1. 열 염료 전사에 의한 염료 이미지의 제조를 위한 수상 소자에 있어서, 지지 시이트; 패터닝제와 그의 결합제를 포함하는 인쇄된 비밀 패턴을 갖는 점착적으로 파괴가능한 중합체 비밀층; 및 염료 도너 시이트로부터의 열적 전사에 의해 염료내의 이미지를 수납하기 위한 수상층을 차례로 포함하고; 상기 점착적으로 파괴가능한 중합체 비밀층 패턴은, 그에 인접한 각층에 대해 그 층의 접착성 보다 작은 점착성을 가지며, 상기 인쇄된 비밀 패턴은 수상 소자로부터 상기 수상층을 박리하면 파괴되는것을 특징으로 하는 수상 소자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박리 시도시에 상기 인쇄된 비밀 패턴은 상기 파괴가능한 중합체 층에 인접한 대향층들 각각에 부착된 상기 파괴가능한 층의 각각의 접착적으로 파손된 부분들 사이에 분할되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수상 소자.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄된 비밀 패턴이 0.5 내지 4μ두께의 미세선 비밀 패턴인 것을 특징으로 하는 수상 소자.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 패터닝제용의 상기 결합제가 상기 파괴가능한 중합체 층과 상기 수상층 각각에 대해 접착성을 갖는 중합체 결합제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수상 소자.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 히드록시프로필셀룰로오스로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수상 소자.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 패터닝제가 착색 안료 또는 염료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수상 소자.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 패터닝제가 IR-흡수 염료 또는 자외선 조사하에서 형광을 발하는 염료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수상 소자.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 파괴가능한 비밀층이 스티렌화된 아크릴 중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수상 소자.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수상층이 염화 폴리비닐로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수상 소자.
  10. 변경에 대해 안전한 신원확인 문서를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 지지 시이트; 패터닝제와 그의 결합제를 포함하는 인쇄된 비밀 패턴을 갖는 점착적으로 파괴가능한 중합체 비밀층; 및 염료 도너 시이트로부터의 열적전사에 의해 염료내의 이미지를 수납하기 위한 수상층을 차례로 포함하고; 상기 접착적으로 파괴가능한 중합체 비밀층은, 그에 인접한 각층에 대해 그 층의 접착성 보다 작은 점착성을 가지며, 상기 비밀 패턴은 상 소자로부터 상기 수상층을 박리하면 파괴되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수상 소자를 제공하는 단계; 상기 수상소자의 수상층을 지지체 및 열적가능한 염료를 포함하는 염료 도너 시이트와 접촉시키는 단계; 상기 염료 도너 시이트의 상기 염료를 상기 수상소자의 수상층에 이미지식으로 전사하여 염료 이미지 구비층을 제공하는 단계; 및 상기 도너 시이트와 상기 이미지 구비요소를 서로 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신원확인 문서의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 박리 시도시에 상기 수상 소자의 상기 인쇄된 비밀 패턴은 상기 파괴가능한 중합체 층에 인접한 대향 층들 각각에 부착된 상기 파괴가능한 층의 각각의 점착적으로 파손된 부분들 사이에 분할되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 패터닝제용의 상기 결합제가 상기 파괴가능한 중합체 층과 상기 수상층 각각에 대해 접착성을 갖는 중합체 결합제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 히드록시프로필셀룰로오스로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 패터닝제가 착색 안료 또는 염료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 패터닝제가 IR-흡수 염료 또는 자외선 조사하에서 형광을 발하는 염료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 파괴가능한 비밀층이 스티렌화된 아크릴 중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 수상층이 염화 폴리비닐로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 이미지 구비면에 보호용 중합체 층 또는 시이트를 적층하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 보호용 중합체 층 또는 시이트가 염화 폴리비닐로 된 시이트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
