Abstract

본 고안은 휠 하우스 내측패널과, 후방 종방향 보강부재가 부착된 후방 플로어패널의 용접 결합구조에 관한 것으로서, 휠 하우스 내측패널(10)의 하부에는 상기 휠 하우스 내측패널(10)의 본체(11)로부터의 외측으로 경사져 연장되는 제1경사부(12), 상기 제1경사부(12)로부터 하방으로 연장되는 수직부(13), 상기 수직부로부터 내측으로 경사져 연장되는 제2경사부(14) 및, 상기 제2경사부로부터 하방으로 연장되는 플랜지(15)가 형성되며, 상기 휠 하우스 내측패널(10)의 플랜지(15)는 상기 후방 플로어패널(20)의 플랜지(22) 및 상기 종방향 보강부재(30)의 플랜지(32)와 일체로 스폿 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 스폿 용접에 용이하고 실링작업이 용이한 장점이 있다.

개선된 후방 플로어패널과 휠 하우스 내측패널의 용접구조

제1도는 자동차의 후방 플로어패널을 보여주는 사시도, 제2도는 종래의 플로어패널과 휠 하우스 내측패널과의 용접구조를 보여주는 제1도의 선 II-II를 따라 취한 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따라 변형된 구조를 보여주는 휠 하우스 내측패널의 용접부위의 부분단면도, 제4도는 본 발명에 따른 용접구조를 보여주는 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 휠 하우스의 내측패널과, 후방 종방향 보강부재가 부착된 후방 플로어패널의 용접 결합구조에 있어서, 휠 하우스 내측패널(10)의 하부에는 상기 휠 하우스 내측패널(10)의 본체(11)로부터의 외측으로 경사져 연장되는 제1경사부(12), 상기 제1경사부(12)로부터 하방으로 연장되는 수직부(13), 상기 수직부로부터 내측으로 경사져 연장되는 제2경사부(14) 및, 상기 제2경사부로부터 하방으로 연장되는 플랜지(15)가 형성되며, 상기 휠 하우스 내측패널(10)의 플랜지(15)는 상기 후방 플로어패널(20)의 플랜지(22) 및 상기 종방향 보강부재(30)의 플랜지(32)와 일체로 스폿 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 하우스 내측패널과 후방 플로어패널의 용접 결합구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 휠 하우스 내측패널(10)의 수직부(13)와 후방 플로어패널(20)의 플랜지(22) 사이에 실러(sealer) 도포영역(A)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 하우스 내측패널과 전방 플로어패널의 용접 결합구조.
