Abstract

본 발명은 해저드스위치를 최소한 반도체스위치소자 및 점멸회로와 함께, 스테어링칼럼의 콤비네이션 스위치본체에 장착하여, 긴급시 등에 다른 석의 승무원이 운전자 대신에 해저드스위치를 조작할 수 있도록 하고, 작동음을 발생하기 위한 전용의 구성부품을 사용하지 않고, 해저드 점멸모드에서 소음이 아닌 작동음이 발생되도록 한 것이다.
따라서 해저드스위치를 복수의 자동복귀스위치로 구성하고, 그 중의 하나의 해저드스위치를 최소한 반도체 스위치소자 및 점멸회로와 함께 스테어링칼럼의 콤비네이션 스위치본체에 장착하고, 나머지 해저드스위치를 운전석 이외의 승무원이 조작할 수 있는 범위에 장착하며, 전류검출저항은 바이메탈 구조로 된 전류검출저항이 모듈체를 이루도록 하여 내부 돌기에서 두드리는 음을 발생하도록 하고, 턴시그널 점멸모드에서만 발음체로부터 취명음을 발생시키도록 한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시 형태를 나타내는 전기적 회로도, 제2도는 본 발명의 제2실시 형태를 나타내는 전기적 회로도, 제3도는 제2도에 나타내는 모듈제의 외관 사시도로서, (a)는 전류검출저항이 발열하지 않고 있는 상태를 나타내고, (b)는 전류검출저항이 발열하여 변형해서 모듈체의 돌기와 충돌한 상태를 나타내고 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 차량의 방향지시램프(1R,1L)에 접속한 반도체스위치소자(21R,21L)와, 그 반도체스위치소자(21R,21L)에 단속신호를 도출하는 점멸회로(21A)와, 그 점멸회로(21A)에 접속한 턴시그널스위치(22) 및 해저드스위치(23,3)을 갖추고, 그 턴시그널스위치(22) 및 해저드스위치(23,3)의 조작에 따라 상기 반도체스위치소자(21R,21L)를 단속작동시켜, 상기 방향지시램프(1R,1L)를 턴시그널점멸 및 해저드점멸하는 전자 플래셔장치에 있어서, 상기 해저드스위치(23,3)를 복수의 자동복귀스위치로 구성함과 동시에, 그 어느 하나의 해저드스위치(23)를 적어도 상기 반도체스위치소자(21R,21L) 및 점멸회로(21A)와 함께, 스테어링칼럼의 콤비네이션 스위치본체(2)에 장착하고, 나머지 해저드스위치(3)를 운전석 이외의 승무원이 조작가능한 범위에 장착한 전자플래셔 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점멸회로(21A)가, 상기 복수의 해저드스위치(23,3)로부터 온조작신호를 입력할 때마다 해저드점멸모드 및 오프모드로 교대로 변환되는 기능을 가진 전자플래셔장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반도체스위치소자(21R,21L) 및 점멸회로(21A)를 일체화한 모듈체(21)를 상기 콤비네이션 스위치본체(2)에 장착한 전자플래셔장치.
  4. 차량의 방향지시램프(1R,1L)에 접속한 반도체스위치소자(61B)와, 그 반도체스위치소자(61B)에 단속신호를 도출하는 점멸회로(61A)와, 그 점멸회로(61A)에 접속한 턴시그널스위치(62)를 갖추고, 그 턴시그널스위치(62) 및 해저드스위치(63)의 조작에 따라 상기 반도체스위치소자(61B)를 단속작동시켜, 상기 방향지시램프(1R,1L)를 턴시그널점멸 및 해저드점멸하는 전자 플래셔장치에 있어서, 상기 반도체 스위치소자(61B)에 발음체를 겸한 전류검출저항(64)을 접속한 전자플래셔장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 발음체를 겸한 전류검출저항(64)이 바이메탈 구조인 전자플래셔장치.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 반도체스위치소자(61B) 및 점멸회로(61A)를 일체화한 모듈체(61)의 터미널(61D,61E)에 상기 전류검출저항(64)을 고정부착함과 동시에 상기 전류검출저항(64)이 충돌하여 두드리는 음을 발생하는 돌기(61C)를 상기 모듈체(61)에 형성한 전자플래셔장치.
  7. 차량의 방향지시램프(1R,1L)에 접속한 반도체스위치소자(21R,21L)와, 그 반도체스위치소자(21R,21L)에 단속신호를 도출하는 점멸회로(21A)와, 그 점멸회로(21A)에 접속한 턴시그널스위치(22)를 및 해저드스위치(23,3)을 갖추고 그 턴시그널스위치(22)를 및 해저드스위치(23,3) 의 조작에 따라 상기 반도체스위치소자(21R,21L)를 단속작동시켜, 상기 방향지시램프(1R,1L)를 턴 시그널점멸 및 해저드 점멸하는 전자 플래셔장치에 있어서, 상기 점멸회로(21A)에 발음체(25)를 접속함과 동시에 턴시 그널점멸모드와 해저드 점멸모드에서 발음체(25) 중 어느 하나의 취명음(吹鳴音)을 전환하도록한 전자플래셔장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 턴시그널점멸모드와 해저드모드에서 상기 발음체(25)의 취명음의 음량을 전환하도록한 전자플래셔장치.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 턴시그널점멸모드에서만 상기 발음체(25)의 취명음을 발생시키도록 한 전자플래셔장치.
