Abstract

파이프 조인트 유체통로로서 축방향으로 형성된 관통구멍(12)을 가진 조인트 몸체(16), 조인트 몸체(16) 상에서 나사결합되어 파이프(20)를 조인트 몸체(16)에 연결하는 너트(22); 및 환형의 단표면(24)에 의해서 조인트 몸체내에 형성된 구멍의 바닥(26)에 대해서 유지하고 소정의 각도로 경사진 팽창부분을 가진 슬리브(28)로 구성되어 있다. 너트(22)는 방사상 내부 파이프 프레서(40)를 그 본래의 형상으로 복귀시키는 탄성력하에서 파이프(20)의 끝을 상기 슬리브(28)에 대해 가압시키기 위하여 너트(22)가 조인트 몸체(16)에 점진적으로 나사 결합될 때 팽창부분(32)에 대한 보충형상으로 구부러지고 휘여지는 방사상 내부 파이프 프레서(40)를 가지고 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 파이프 조인트의 종단면도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 파이프 조인트내에의 스프링의 사시도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 파이프 조인트의 확대부분단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 유체통로로서 축방향으로 형성된 관톤구멍(12)과 적어도 하나의 나사식끝(14a,14b0을 가지고 있고 환형의 단표면(24)을 포함하는 조인트 몸체(16); 상기 조인트 몸체(16)의 적어도 하나의 나사식끝(14a,14b)상에서 나사결합되고 파이프(20)의 끝에 끼워져서 파이프(20)의 파이프(20)의 끝을 상기 조인트 몸체(16)에 연결하는 너트(22);및 상기 환형의 단표면(24)에 대해서 유지하고 소정의 각도로 경사진 팽창부분을 가진 슬리브로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 너트(22)는 방사상 내부 파이프 프레서(40)를 그 본래의 형상으로 복귀시키는 탄성력하에서 파이프(20)의 끝을 상기 슬리브(28)에 대해 가압시키기 위하여 상기 너트(22)가 상기 조인트 몸체(16)의 적어도 하나의 나사식끝(14a,14b)에서 점진적으로 나사결합될 때 팽창부분(32)에 대한 보충형상으로 구부러지고 휘여지는 방사상 내부 파이프 프레서(40)를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 너트(22)는 거기내에 형성된 환형의 공간(44)를 가지고 있으며 상기 파이프 프레서(40)에 의해서 가압되는 것에 반응하여 반작용힘을 전개시켜 상기 파이프 프레서(40)를 상기 슬리브(28)를 향하여 가압하도록 상기 환형의 공간(44)내에 배치된 탄성부재를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는 환형의 헬리컬 스프링(38)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는 금속 또는 합성수지의 링(48)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 링(48)은 그 원주벽에 형성되고 원주벽에 따라 뻗어 있는 환형의 슬릿(48)을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 너트(22)는 적어도 하나의 나사식끝(14a,14b)상에서 나사결합되는 나사식끝(18)을 가지고 있으며 상기 나사식끝(14a,14b,18)은 사다리꼴 단면부위의 나사톱니 및 홈을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파이프 프레서(40)는 상기 너트(22)와 일체적으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(28)는 상기 팽창부분이 벋어있는 예리하게 보족한 끝(30)을 가지고 있으며 상기 파이프 프레서(40)는 상기 너트(22)가 상기 조인트 몸체(16)의 적어도 하나의 나사시끝에서 점진적으로 나사결합될 때 상기 파이프(20)를 상기 예리하게 뽀족한 끝(30)에 대해 가압하는 환형의 톱니(43)를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 너트(22)는 원통형 부재(36)를 가지고 있으며, 상기 파이프 프레서(40)는 상기 너트(22)가 상기 조이트 몸체(16)이 적어도 하나의 나사식끝(14a,14b)에서 점진적으로 나사결합될 때 상기 원통형 부재(36)를 방사상 외측으로 가압하는 끝으로부터 돌출한 환형의 링(45)을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트
