Abstract

L'invention concerne un raccord pour tube en matière plastique. Ce raccord est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux pièces, à savoir une douille filetée 3 s'engageant, par l'une de ses extrémités, dans l'orifice du tube 1, et un écrou externe 4 engagé autour du tube et vissé sur le filetage 5 de la douille, en ce que l'écrou présente, du côté par où est introduit le tube dans l'écrou, un alésage 11 légèrement tronconique, à conicité tournée vers l'autre côté de l'écrou, où ce dernier est vissé sur la douille, cet alésage 11 étant terminé par une lèvre à angle à vif 13 destinée à s'engager dans la surface externe du tube, près de son extrémité, et en ce que la douille 3, de diamètre interne sensiblement égal au diamètre interne du tube, présente, à son extrémité s'engageant dans l'orifice du tube, une surface latérale externe tronconique 7 à conicité tournée vers le tube et sur laquelle peut glisser, en s'évasant vers l'extérieur, la partie la du tube entourant l'orifice, lorsque l'écrou 4 est vissé sur la douille 3, si bien qu'en fin de vissage, cette partie du tube est pincée et bloquée entre l'arête à angle vif 13 terminant l'alésage tronconique 11 de l'écrou et la surface tronconique 7 de la douille.
