Abstract
견인수단에 사용되는 인장장치, 특히 벨트 및 체인은 활주가능하게 안내된 피스톤(4)을 포함하는 실린더(3)가 배열된 하우징(1)을 갖는다. 피스톤(4)은 안내 부시(5)에 의해 방사상으로 지지된다. 압축 스프링(13)은 한쪽으로는 피스톤(4)과 맞물려 있는 반면, 다른 쪽으로는 실린더(3)의 실린더 기저부(6)와 맞물려 있으며, 실린더 기저부(6)는 자가-조절되는 베어링(10)에 의해 하우징 바닥 위에 축방향으로 지지된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 실린더(3) 및 피스톤(4) 사이의 정렬 오류의 교정을 개선하기 위하여 연성 재료로 만들어진 복수개의 주변으로 인접한 융기 부분(10)이 하우징 바닥(9) 및 실린더 기저부(6) 사이에 배열되어 있고 스프링이 로딩된 실린더 기저부(6)에 의해 하중을 받아 영구적으로 변형가능한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 인장장치를 관통하는 세로로 가로지른 단면도이다. 제2도는 원주형 그루브로 채워지는 굴곡진 링의 확대도이다, 제3도는 제1도의 라인 Ⅲ-Ⅲ을 따른 제1도의 인장장치의 단면도이다, 제4도는 제3도 내에 표시된 융기된 부분들 중 하나의 라인 Ⅳ-Ⅳ를 따른 단면도이다.
Claims (8)
- 활주가능하게 실린더(3) 내에 안내되고 안내 부시(5)에 의해 방사상으로 지지되는 유압 감쇠된 피스톤(4) 상의 하우징(1), 한쪽이 피스톤(4)과 맞물려 있고, 다른 쪽이 자기-조절되는 베어링에 의해 하우징 바닥(9)위에 지지되는 실린더(3)의 실린더 기저부(6)와 맞물려 있는 압축스프링(13)에 의해 인장되는 견인 수단으로 구성된, 구체적으로 밸트 및 체인과 같은 견인수단에 사용되는 인장장치로서, 연성 재료로 만들어지고 하우징 바닥(9) 및 실린더 기저부(6) 사이에 제공된 복수개의 주변으로 인접한 융기 부준(10)은 스프링 로딩된 실린더 기저부(6)에 의해 하중을 받으면 영구적으로 변형가능하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실린더 기저부(6)는 방사상 지지체(7)로써 하우징(1) 내에 방사상으로 지지되는 인장장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 하우징(1) 및 이와 일체로 형성된 융기 부분(10)은 알루미늄 합금으로 만들어지고, 실린더 기저부(6)는 강(鋼)으로 만들어진 인장장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실린다 기저부(6)와 마주보는 세로 단부가 실린더 기저부(6)에 접촉할 접촉 에지(24)를 형성하는 두개의 교차 면(25)을 포함하는 스트립 외부에 융기 부분(10)이 형성된 인장장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 접촉 에지(24)의 가상 연장선은 실린더(3)의 축과 교차하는 인장장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실린더 기저부(6), 실린더(3) 및 피스톤(4)은 압력 챔버(12)와 경계를 이루고, 실린더 기저부(6)는 압력 챔버(12)쪽으로 개방되어 있는 비귀환 밸브(non-return valve : 11)를 포함하고, 추가로 수용 보어(reception bore : 8)의 벽과 밀접해 있는 실린더(3)에 대한 수용 보더(8)를 포함하는 인장장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 방사상 지지체는 하우징(1) 위에 복수개의 원주형으로 이격된 방사상 돌출부(7)로 형성되는 인장장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피스톤(4) 위에 배열된 스프링 고정장치(14)는 피스톤(4) 위에 만들어진 원주형 그루브(20)에 맞물리게 되는 굴곡진 링(19)에 의해 축방향으로 고정되어, 원주형 그루브(20)는 방사상 내향으로 테이퍼지며 피스톤(4)의 실린더 기저부 면(22) 및 하나이상의 베벨(21)과 경계를 이루는 인장장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
