Claims (13)
- 전면에 인쇄물이 있는 열가소성 수지 필름 기재층(Ⅰ)과, 열가소성 수지 필름 기재층(Ⅰ)의 배면에 형성되어 있으며 융점이 열가소성 수지 필름 기재층(Ⅰ)의 구성 수지보다 낮고 메탈로센 촉매를 사용하여 에틸렌 40 내지 98중량%의 탄소수 3 내지 30의-올레핀 60 내지 2중량%를 공중합시켜 수득한 에틸렌/-올레핀 공중합체를 주성분으로서 함유하는 열 접착성 수지층(Ⅱ)을 포함하는 인-몰드 성형용 라벨(in-mold label).
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌/-올레핀 공중합체가, (1) MFR이 2 내지 30g/10min이고, (2) 밀도가 0.935g/cm3이하이며, (3) 온도 상승 용리 분별화(TREF)에 있어서, 피크가 하나이며, 이때 피크 온도는 20 내지 85C이고 H/W(여기서, H는 피크의 높이이며, W는 1/2 높이에서의 피크 너비이다) 값은 1 이상이며 공중합체가 피크 용리온도와는 다른 온도에서 용리되는 하나 이상의 성분을 실제로 함유하는 것으로 나타난 용리 곡선이 수득되는 특성 요건을 만족시키는 인-몰드 성형용 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열 접착성 수지층(Ⅱ)이, (1) MFR이 2 내지 30g/10min이고, (2) 밀도가 0.935g/cm3이하이며, (3) 온도 상승 용리 분별화(TREF)에 있어서, 피크가 하나이며, 이때 피크 온도는 20내지 85C이고 H/W(여기서, H는 피크의 높이이며, W는 1/2높이에서의 피크 너비이다) 값은 1 이상이며 공중합체가 피크 용리온도와는 다른 온도에서 용리되는 하나 이상의 성분을 실제로 함유하는 것으로 나타난 용리 곡선이 수득되는 특성 요건을 만족시키는, 메탈로센 촉매를 사용하여 에틸렌 40 내지 98중량%와 탄소수 3 내지 30의-올레핀 60 내지 2중량%를 공중합시켜 수득한 에틸렌/-올레핀 공중합체(a) 50 내지 90중량%와 (1') MFR이 0.1 내지 20g/10min이고, (2') 밀도가 0.195 내지 0.93g/cm3이며, (3') 기억 효과(ME)가 1.6 이상이고, (4') 응용장력(MT)이 1.5g 이상인 특성요건을 만족시키는 고압 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(b) 50 내지 10중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물을 필수적으로 이루어진 인-몰드 성형용 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 필름 기재층(Ⅰ)이 무기 미립자 5 내지 30중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 3 내지 20중량% 및 폴리프로필렌 수지 92 내지 50중량%를 포함하는 이축 신장된 필름 기재층(A), 기재층(A)의 한 면에 적층되고 무기 미립자 35 내지 65중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0 내지 10중량% 및 폴리프로필렌 수지 55 내지 35중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 단축 신장된 필름으로 이루어진 제지형 층(B) 및 제지형 층(B)와 마주보는 면의 기재층(A)에 적층되고 무기 미립자 35 내지 65중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0 내지 10중량% 및 폴리프로필렌 수지 55 내지 35중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 단축 신장된 필름으로 이루어진 제지형 층(C)를 포함하는 미소 다공성 적층 수지 필름이며, 제지형 층(B) 면에는 인쇄물이 존재하고 제지형 층(C) 면에는 열 접착성 수지층(Ⅱ)이 존재하는 인-몰드 성형용 라벨.
- 제1항에서 청구한 인-몰드 성형용 라벨이 이의 표면에 부착된 중공 용기를 포함하는 용기.
- 제2항에서 청구한 인-몰드 성형용 라벨이 이의 표면에 부착된 중용 용기를 포함하는 용기.
- 제3항에서 청구한 인-몰드 성형용 라벨이 이의 표면에 부착된 중용 용기를 포함하는 용기.
- 제1항에서 청구한 인-몰드 성형용 라벨을 금형의 공동에 고정시키고, 파리손을 공동에 도입시킨 다음, 금형을 밀폐시키고, 압축 공기를 파리손으로 공급하여 이를 팽창시킴을 포함하는, 라벨이 부착된 용기의 성형방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 파리손용 수지가 폴리프로필렌 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌인, 라벨이 부착된 용기의 성형방법.
- 제2항에서 청구한 인-몰드 성형용 라벨을 금형의 공동에 고정시키고, 파리손을 공동에 도입시킨 다음, 금형을 밀폐시키고, 압축 공기를 파리손으로 공급하여 이를 팽창시킴을 포함하는, 라벨이 부착된 용기의 성형방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 파리손용 수지가 폴리프로필렌 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌인, 라벨이 부착된 용기의 성형방법.
- 제3항에서 청구한 인-몰드 성형용 라벨을 금형의 공동에 고정시키고, 파리손을 공동에 도입시킨 다음, 금형을 밀폐시키고, 압축 공기를 파리손으로 공급하여 이를 팽창시킴을 포함하는, 라벨이 부착된 용기의 성형방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 파리손용 수지가 폴리프로필렌 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌인, 라벨이 부착된 용기의 성형방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
