Abstract

골프클럽 헤드에 있어서, 페이스부, 넥부, 용접부분의 강성 및 타구의 방향성에 대한 향상을 도모함과 동시에 샤프트의 부착정보를 높이는 것을 과제로 한다.
샤프트를 부착하는 넥부가 끝부분에 형성되고 내부가 속이 비어 있는 부분으로 되는 금속제 골프클럽 헤드에 있어서, 전술한 넥부와 일체가 되게 단조성형되는 페이스부재와 그 페이스부재의 주변부에 용접되어서 전술한 속이 비어 있는 부분을 형성하는 속이 비어 있는 부재로 구성되고, 전술한 페이스부재는 표면이 페이스면으로 됨과 동시에 뒷면이 평탄형상으로 형성된 페이스부와 그 페이스부의 주변에서 페이스면이 향하는 방향과 반대방향으로 연출(延出)하도록 일어서서 고리형상으로 형성되는 일어선부분을 구비하고 전술한 일어선부분의 뒷끝주변부와 속이 비어 있는 앞끝주변부가 맞대는 상태로 용접된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관계되는 골프클럽 헤드의 제1형태를 표시하는 사시도.
제2도는 본 발명에 관계되는 골프클럽 헤드의 제1형태에 있어서, 페이스부재를 표시하는 사시도.
제3도는 본 발명에 관계되는 골프클럽 헤드의 제1형태에 있어서 속이 빈 부재를 표시하는 사시도.
제4도는 본 발명에 관계되는 골프클럽 헤드의 제1형태를 표시하는 종단면도.
제5도는 본 발명에 관게되는 골프클럽 헤드의 제1형태에 있어서 페이스부재의 소재인 층계가 달린 둥근막대를 표시하는 사시도.
제6도는 본 발명에 관계되는 골프클럽 헤드의 제2형태를 표시하는 사시도.
제7도는 본 발명에 관계되는 골프클럽 헤드의 제2형태에 있어서 페이스부재를 표시하는 사시도.
제8도는 본 발명에 관계되는 골프클럽 헤드의 제2형태에 있어서 속이 빈 부재를 표시하는 사시도.

Claims (7)

  1. 샤프트를 부착하는 넥부가 끝부분에 형성되고, 내부가 속이 비어 있는 부분으로 된 금속제 골프클럽 헤드에 있어서, 전술한 낵부와 일체가 된 페이스부재와 그 페이스부재의 주변에 용접되고, 전술한 속이 비어있는 부분을 형성하는 속이 비어있는 부재로 구성되고, 전술한 페이스부재는 표면이 페이스면으로 되는 페이스부와 그 페이스부의 주변에서 페이스면이 향하는 방향과 반대방향으로 연출(延出)하도록 일어서서 고리 형상으로 형성되는 일어선부분을 구비하고, 전술한 일어선부분의 뒷부분인 뒷끝 주변부와 속이 비어있는 부재의 앞끝주변부가 맞대는 상태로 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프클럽 헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 넥부의 연장방향에 따라서, 전술한 페이스부의 안쪽으로 솟아오른 융기부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프클럽 헤드.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전술한 페이스부재는 단조성형되고, 전술한 속이 비어 있는 부재는 정밀주조로 일체성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프클럽헤드.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전술한 페이스부재 및/또는 속이 비어 있는 부재는 티탄합금으로 성형되어 있는 것을 정밀주조로 일체성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프클럽 헤드.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 페이부가 β형 티탄합금 혹은 near-β형 티탄합금으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프클럽 헤드.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전술한 속이 비어 있는 부재는 윗부분을 형성하는 크라운부와 옆부분을 형성하는 사이드부와 밑부분을 형성하는 소울부로 구성되고, 전술한 크라운부의 두께를 t1, 사이드부의 두께를 t2, 소울부의 두께를 t3로 하면 t1 t2 t3또는, t1 t3의 관계로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프클럽 헤드.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전술한 속이 비어 있는 부재의 두께는 페이스부 두께의 1/3에서 1/2범위내의 두께로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프클럽 헤드.
