Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 폴딩 시트의 로킹장치에 관한 것으로서, 리어 시트 쿠션에 탑승자가 앉았을때에는 자동으로 로킹되고 탑승자가 리어 시트 쿠션에 앉지 않았을 때에는 로킹이 해제되도록 하여 간단하고 편리하게 리어 시트를 폴딩시키고, 정면충돌시 탑승자의 보호를 완벽하게 할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
본 발명은 리어 시트 쿠션(1)의 프레임(11)에 설치한 하중감지판(13)과, 상기 프레임(11)의 후단에 고정된 브래킷(19)에 상기 하중감지판(13)에 의하여 시소운동하도록 스프링과 함께 힌지결합된 조작판(17)과, 상기 조작판(17)의 시소운동에 의하여 회전하도록 상기 브래킷(19)에 스프링과 함깨 힌지결합된 로커(22) 및 상기 로커(22)가 로킹되며 플로워 패널(2)에 고정된 훅(27)으로 구성된 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 리어 시트 쿠션의 프레임에 설치한 하중감지판과, 상기 프레임의 후단에 고정된 브래킷에 상기 하중감지판에 의하여 시소운동하도록 스프링과 함께 힌지결합된 조작판과, 상기 조작판의 시소운동에 의하여 회전하도록 상기 브래킷에 스프링과 함께 힌지결합된 로커 및 상기 로커가 로킹되며 플로워 패널에 고정된 훅으로 구성한 차량용 폴딩 시트의 로킹장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하중감지판은 프레임과 코일 스프링으로 연결한 차량용 폴딩 시트의 로킹장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 하중감지판의 후단에 조작판을 누르는 누름돌기를 설치한 차량용 폴딩시트의 로킹장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 브래킷은 프레임에 고정한 고정판의 하방에 설치한 차량용 폴딩 시트의 로킹장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 프레임에 받침부재를 설치한 차량용 폴딩 시트의 로킹장치.
