Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 뒷좌석에 관한 것으로서, 특히 뒷좌석의 등받이에 노브에 의하여 걸림과 해제가 자유로운 후크를 설치하여서, 뒷좌석의 등받이를 절첩하여 화물 등을 적제하고자 할 경우에는 시트는 현위치의 앞쪽으로 절첩되고 상기 등받이가 차체에 설치된 시트 안전브라켓에 견고하게 걸려지므로서 차량의 충돌시 뒷좌석이 운전자가 있는 앞쪽으로 밀리는 것을 방지하고, 주행시에도 상기 등받이가 견고하게 고정되지 않아 소음이 발생되므로서 운전이 방해되는 것을 방지 할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Description

자동차용 뒷좌석
본 발명은 자동차용 뒷좌석에 관한 것으로서, 특히 뒷좌석의 등받이에 해제 노브를 가지는 록크장치를 설치하여서 필요에 따라 등받이를 절첩고정 및 해제 할수 있도록 하므로서 충돌사고로부터 보다 안전하고, 주행시 뒷좌석의 등받이부분으로부터 소음이 발생하지 않도록 한 것이다.
종래 웨건등의 자동차용 뒷좌석은 첨부한 도1에 도시된 바와 같이 시트(10)의 하부에 걸림홈(12)이 형성되고, 상기 걸림홈(12)과 상응되는 차체부에는 시트안전브라켓(13)이 설치되어 있어서, 시트(10)의 걸림홈(12)이 시트안전브라켓(13)에 걸림으로서 차량의 충돌시 등에 뒷좌석이 운전자가 있는 차량의 앞쪽으로 밀리는 것을 방지하고, 이로서 대형사고를 예방 할 수 있도록 되어 있었다.
그러나, 이러한 구조에 있어서는 뒷좌석의 시트가 운전석이 있는 앞쪽으로 밀리는 것을 방지 할 수는 있으나, 뒷좌석의 등받이가 차량의 충돌력으로 접혀지는 문제와 주행시 상기 뒷좌석의 등받이가 절첩된상태에서 소음이 발생되는 문제점이 지적되고 있는 것이다.
따라서, 본 발명은 이와 같은 점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로서, 뒷좌석의 등받이에 노브에 의하여 걸림과 해제가 자유로운 후크를 설치하여서, 뒷좌석의 등받이를 절첩하여 화물 등을 적제하고자 할 경우에는 시트는 현위치의 앞쪽으로 절첩되고 상기 등받이가 차체에 설치된 시트 안전브라켓에 견고하게 걸려지므로서 차량의 충돌시 뒷좌석이 운전자가 있는 앞쪽으로 밀리는 것을 방지하고, 주행시에도 상기 등받이가 견고하게 고정되지 않아 소음이 발생되므로서 운전이 방해되는 것을 방지 할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

이하, 첨부도면을 참조하여 본 발명을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명은 시트(10)의 앞쪽에 힌지(11)가 설치되고, 하부에는 걸림홈(12)이 형성되어서 차체에 형성된 시트 안전 브라켓(13)에 걸려지도록 된 자동차용 뒷좌석에 있어서, 힌지(14)를 가지는 등받이(15)의 내부에 랫치(16)와, 노브(17)를 가지는 후크(18)가 설치되는 한편, 상기 랫치(16)와 상응되는 차체부에는 스트라이커(16')가 설치되어서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
특히, 상기 후크(18)는 지지편(19)과 작동편(20)으로 구성되어서 복원스프링(18')이 설치되어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
이를 좀더 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
첨부한 도 2와 도 5는 본 발명에 따른 자동차용 뒷좌석을 나타내는 사시도로서, 상기 뒷좌석은 시트(10)와 등받이(15)로 이루어지되, 상기 시트(4)는 앞쪽의 하부에 힌지(11)가 설치되어 있으며, 뒤쪽의 하부에는 걸림홈(12)이 형성되어져 있는 동시에 상기 걸림홈(12)과 상응되는 차체에는 시트안전브라켓(13)이 설치되어있다.
또한, 상기 등받이(15)는 하부가 차체와 힌지(14)로 연결되어져 있으며, 내부에 랫치(16)와 후크(18)가 설치치되어져 있으며, 상기 랫치(16)와 상응되는 차체부에는 스트라이커(16')가 설치되어져 있으며, 후크(18)는 지지(19)와 작동편(20)으로 구성되어지되, 상기 작동편(20)의 일측에는 복원스프링(18')과, 랫치(16)를 경유하여 등받이(15)의 외부로 노출되는 노브(17)가 설치되어져 있다.
도면부호 21은 관통공이다.
한편, 상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 작용효과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
뒷좌석이 등받이(15)와 시트(10)가 일정각도를 갖도록 펼쳐져 사용되는 경우에는 상기 시트(10)의 걸림홈(12)내에 시트 안전브라켓(13)이 걸려지고, 등받이(15)는 랫치(16)가 차체에 고정설치된 스트라이커(16')에 걸려진 상태를 유지하게 되므로 시트(10)와 등받이(15)가 각각 견고하게 차체에 고정되어진 상태를 유지하게 된다.
또한, 상기 뒷좌석부분에 화물을 적제하고자 하는 경우에는 시트(10)를 앞쪽의 힌지(11)를 중심으로 앞쪽으로 절첩하여 세우는 동시에 등받이(15)의 노브(17)를 당기면 랫치(16)가 작동되어 스트라이커(16')로부터 해제되는 동시에 하부의 힌지(14)로부터 절첩가능한 상태가 되게 된다.
따라서, 등받이(15)를 앞으로 절첩하면 시트(10)의 걸림홈(12)을 걸어주고 있던 시트안전브라켓(13)이 상기 등받이(15)의 관통공(21)을 통하여 후크(18)의 작동편(20)에 걸려지게 되므로서 상기 시트(10)와 등받이(15)가 절첩된 상태를 견고하게 유지 할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이때, 상기 후크(18)의 작동편(20)은 복원스프링(18')에 의하여 항시 복원력을 유지 하게 된다.
또한, 상기 절첩되어진 뒷좌석을 승객이 앉을수록 전개하고자 할 경우에는 등받이(15)의 외부로 노출되어져 있는 노브(17)를 당김으로서 시트 안전브라켓(13)으로부터 후크(20)의 걸림이 해제되어 힌지(14)를 중심으로 한 등받이(15)의 전개와 시트(10)의 복원이 가능하게 되는 것이다.
즉, 시트(10)는 걸림홈(12)이 시트안전브라켓(13)에 걸려지게 되며, 등받이(15)는 랫치(16)가 스트라이커(16')에 걸려지는 최초의 상태로 복원되는 것이다.
이상에서와 같이 본 발명은 뒷좌석의 시트와 등받이가 절첩 및 전개되어진 상태에서 차량의 충돌등으로 운전석쪽으로 이동되거나, 주행중 소음을 발생하지 않도록 하므로서 대형사고를 미연에 방지하고 운전자와 승객등에게 보다 안락한 승차공간을 제공할 수 있는 커다란 장점을 가지는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 시트(10)의 앞쪽에 힌지(11)가 설치되고, 하부에는 걸림홈(12)이 형성되어서 차체에 형성된 시트 안전 브라켓(13)에 걸려지도록 된 자동차용 뒷좌석에 있어서, 힌지(14)를 가지는 등받이(15)의 내부에 랫치(16)와, 노브(17)를 가지는 후크(18)가 설치되는 한편, 상기 랫치(16)와 상응되는 차체부에는 스트라이커(16')가 설치되어서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 뒷좌석.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 후크(18)는 지지편(19)과 작동편(20)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 뒷좌석.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 작동편(20)은 복원스프링(18')이 설치되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 뒷좌석.
