Abstract
열가소성 용기의 부착물을 분리 제거하여 수지재료로서 회수하여 재이용을 도모하는 것이다.
열가소성 용기를 복수의 파쇄편으로 파쇄하고 상기 파쇄된 개개의 파쇄편에 대하여 충격마쇄력을 부가함과 동시에 원심력을 작용시키는 것에 의하여 예컨대 유류의 부착물에는 충격마쇄력 주로는 충력력에 파쇄편이 두둘겨져서 기름이 분리되고 또 파쇄편과 이의 표면에 기름 등에 원심작용이 걸리면 파쇄편의 원심력은 충격마쇄력 때문에 억제되어 있으나 기름의 원심력은 억제되어 있지 않기 때문에 이 원심력의 차에 의하여 기름은 파쇄편으로부터 용이하게 분리하고 파쇄편을 세정한다.
이 과정에서 상기 파쇄편에 의하여 파쇄편을 조립하고 열가소성 용기의 수지재료를 정립하여 소재화된 회수수지 재료로 한다. 또 기름이외의 다른 부착물을 파쇄편으로부터 분리, 제거하는 것은 기름보다도 쉽다.

Claims (6)
- 폐기 수지제 포장용 용기로부터 부착물을 분리하여 수지재료를 회수하는 방법에 있어 처리대상을 인쇄면을 갖는 플라스틱 필름을 감아두른체로의 열가소성 수지제 포장용 용기로 하고 이 용기를 파쇄한 파쇄편에 대하여 풍력에 의하여 상기 필름을 분리 제거하고 상기 용기본체로 이루어지는 파쇄편을 조쇄한 피처리소편에 대하여 충격마쇄력을부가하여 수지재료와 부착물을 분리하고 수지재료를 정립하여 소재화된 회수수지재료로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기 수지제 포장용 용기의 회수·조립방법.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 처리대상인 열가소성 수지제 포장용 용기를 복수의 파쇄편으로 파쇄하는 공정후에 상기 파쇄편을 건조하는 공정 등을 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기 수지제 포장용 용기의 회수·조립방법.
- 청구범위 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 처리대상인 열가소성 수지제 포장용 용기를 복수의 파쇄편으로 파쇄하는 공정과 상기 파쇄된 파쇄편을 복수의 각 피처리소편으로 조쇄하는 공정과 분리된 부착물을 수시로 제거하는 공정 등을 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기 수지제 포장용 용기의 회수·조립방법.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파쇄 또는 조쇄된 파쇄편 또는 개개의 피처리소편에 대하여 충격력을 부가함과 동시에 원심력을 작용시켜서 수지재료와 부착물을 분리하고 수지재료를 정립하여 소재화된 회수수지재료로 하는 공정 등을 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기 수지제 포장용 용기의 회수·조립방법.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 처리대상이 용기하부에 돌출부를 갖는 열가소성 수지제 포장용 용기로 되고 상기 조쇄된 개개의 피처리소편에 대하여 상기 용기본체 및 돌출부로 이루어지는 파쇄편을 조쇄한 피처리소편에 대하여 충격마쇄력을 부가하여 수지재료로부터 부착물을 분리하고 세정 건조처리를 행하고 이어서 동일하게 충격마쇄력을 부가하고 더하여 분쇄하고 돌출부를 형성하는 수지재료를 정립하여 소재화된 회수수지재료로 함과 동시에 용기본체를 형성하는 수지재료를 분리, 분급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기 수지제 포장용 용기의 회수·조립방법.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 처리대상이 용기 머리부에 프렌지를 갖는 나사부를 갖춘 열가소성 수지제 포장용 용기로 되고 상기 조쇄된 개개의 피처리소편에 대하여, 상기 용기본체 및 나사부로 이루어지는 파쇄편을 조쇄한 피처리소편에 대하여 충격마쇄력을 부가하여 수지재료로부터 부착물을 분리하여 정립하는 세정 건조처리를 행하며 이어서 수증에 있어서 상기 나사부의 비증선별을 행하고 분리하여 상기 나사부 및 상기 나사부를 제외한 용기본체로 이루어지는 수지재료를 각각 소재화된 회수수지재료로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기 수지제 포장용 용기의 회수·조립방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
