Abstract

Claims (11)

  1. (a) 압축되고 정제된 공급 공기(1, 3)는 압력 칼럼(4)내로 주입시키는 단계, (b) 압력 칼럼(4)의 하부 영역으로부터 제1액체 분획(5)의 일부 또는 전부를 저압 칼럼(7)내로 주입시키는 단계, (c) 압력 칼럼(4)의 상부 또는 중간 영역으로부터 제2액체 분획(8)을 저압 칼럼(7)내로 주입시키는 단계, (d) 압력 칼럼(4)의 상부 영역으로부터 응축 증기(11)와의 간접 열 교환으로 저압 칼럼(7)의 하부 영역으로부터 제3액체 분획(17)을 증발시키는 단계, (e) 간접 열 교환이 일어나는 동안 수득된 중기(22, 24, 25, 27)의 일부 또는 전부를 저압 칼럼 (7) 내로 주입시키는 단계, (f) 간접 열 교환이 일어나는 동안 수득된 응축물(13)의 일부 또는 전부를 압력 칼럼(4)내로 주입시키는 단계, (g) 압력 칼럼(4)의 상부 영역으로부터 생성물로써 가압된 질소 분획(10, 14, 15)을 추출하는 단계를 포함하는, 압력 칼럼(4) 및 저압 칼럼(7)을 갖는 정류 칼럼 시스템에서 공기의 저온분리에 의한 초대기압에서 산소 및 질소를 제조하는 방법으로서, (h) 저압 칼럼(7)의 하부 영역으로부터 제3액체 분획(17)의 압력을 압력 칼럼(4)의 상부 영역으로부터 응축 증기(11)와의 간접 열 교환의 증가된 업스트림이고, (i) 간접 열 교환이 일어나는 동안 수득되고 저압 칼럼(7)내로 회귀한 증기의 일부 또는 전부(24)를 저압 칼럼(7)내로 주입되기 이전에 팽창되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 간접 열 교환이 일어나는 동안 수득된 증기의 팽창을 작업을 수행하는 방식에 있어서 단계(i)에 따라 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 간접 열 교환이 일어나는 동안 수득된 증기의 팽창이 일어나는 동안 수득된 일부 증기의 일부 또는 전부를 공정 흐름(31)을 압축하는데 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 간접 열 교환이 일어나는 동안 수득된 증기(22)를 단계(i)에 따라 팽창의 가열된 업스트림인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 간접 열 교환이 일어나는 동안 수득된 증기(22)의 일부 또는 전부(23)를 가압된 산소 생성물로써 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아르곤-함유 분획(35)을 저압 칼럼(7)으로부터 원료 아르곤 칼럼(34)내로 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 증기 라인(22)에 연결되는 산소 생성물 라인(23)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 팽창 기계(25)로부터 공정 흐름(31)을 압축시키기 위한 압축기(32)로 기계적 에너지를 전달하는 수단(33)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 저압 칼럼(35, 37)에 연결되는 원료 아르곤 칼럼(34)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
