Abstract

Claims (8)

  1. (A) 질소 및 산소로 이루어진 공급물을 압축시키는 단계; (B) 압축된 공급물을 냉각시키고, 결과된 냉각된 공급물을 칼럼내로 통과시키는 단계; (C) 칼럼내에서, 저온정류에 의해 공급물을 질소-부화 증기 및 산소-부화 액체로 분리시키는 단계; (D) 산소-부화액체를 질소-부화 증기와의 간접 열교환에 의해 증발시켜서 질소-부화 액체 및 산소-부화 증기를 생성시키는 단계; (E) 질소-부화 액체의 압력을 증가시켜서 고압 질소-부화 액체를 생성시키는 단계; (F) 고압 질소-부화 액체를 압축된 유체와의 간접 열교환에 의해 증발시켜서 고압 질소기체를 생성시키는 단계; 및 (G) 고압 질소 기체를 생성물로서 회수하는 단계로 이루어지는, 고압 질소 기체를 생성시키기 위한 저온 정류방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 압축된 유체가 공급물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 압축된 유체가 산소-부화 증기임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 압축된 유체가 칼럼으로 부터 취해지고, 가압된 질소-부화 액체와의 열교환 후에 칼럼으로 귀환하는 질소-함유 유체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 압축된 유체가 가압된 질소-부화 액체와의 열교환에 의해 최소한 부분적으로 응축됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 최소한 부분적으로 냉각된 압축공급물이 칼럼내로의 유입에 앞서 터어보 팽창됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 질소-부화 증기와 공급물의 일부의 열교환에 의해 질소-부화 액체를 생성시키는 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. (A) 칼럼, 및 질소 및 산소로 이루어진 공급물을 칼럼내에 공급하기 위한 수단, (B) 칼럼의 상부로부터 얻은 유체와의 간접 열교환으로, 칼럼의 하부로 부터 얻은 유체를 통과시키기 위한 수단; (C) 칼럼의 상부로 부터 얻은 유체의 압력을 증가시키기 위한 수단; (D) 생성물 증발기, 및 증발을 위해 생성물 증발기에 상기 증가된 압력의 유체를 통과시키기 위한 수단; (E) 압축기, 및 상기 증가된 압력의 유체를 증발시키기 위해 압축기로 부터 생성물 증발기로 유체를 통과시키기 위한 수단; 및 (F) 생성물 증발기로부터 증가된 압력의 증발된 유체를 생성물로서 회수하기 위한 수단으로 이루어지는 저온 정류에 의해 고압질소, 기체를 생성시키기 위한 장치.
