제 1 도는 저순도 산소 액체가 고압으로 펌프되고 주열교환기내에서 증발되는 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예를 나타내는 개략적인 도면, 제 2 도는 저순도 산소액체가 고압으로 펌프되고 생성물 보일러내에서 증발되는 본 발명의 다른 바람직한 실시예를 나타내는 개략적인 도면, 제 3 도는 저순도 산소 증기가 저압 컬럼으로부터 배출되고 회수되는 본 발명의 또 다른 바람직한 실시예를 나타내는 개략적인 도면, 제 4 도는 공급 스트림이 냉각을 위한 터보팽창에 앞서 더 앞축되는 본 발명의 또 다른 바람직한 실시예를 나타내는 개략적인 도면이다.
Claims (10)
- (A) 상단에 켄덴서가 있는 제 1 컬럼과 하단에 리보일러가 있는 제 2 컬럼을 포함하며, 제 1 컬럼의 압력이 제 2 컬럼의 압력을 초과하는 압력에서 조작되는 저온 정류 플랜트를 제공하는 단계 : (B)39 내지 100psia의 압력범위에서 제 1공급공기 스트림을 제공하고,공급 공기 스트림을 바닥 리보일러로 통과시키는 단계, (C)공급공기를 바닥 리보일러에서 제 1 및 제 2 컬럼중 적어도 하나로 통과시키는 단계 : (D)제 1 공급 공기 스트림의 압력보다 더 낮은 압력으로 제 2 공급 공기 스트림을 제공하고, 제 2 공급 공기스트림을 제 1 컬럼으로 통과시키는 단계 : (E) 제 2컬럼으로부터 저순도의 산소를 배출하고 배출된 저순도 산소를 제 1 공급공기 스트림 및 제 2 공급 공기스트림과 간접 열교환시켜 가온시키는 단계 : (F)생성물로서 생성되는 가온 저순도 산소를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 저순도 산소 제조를 위한 저온 정류방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 저순도 산소가 액체로서 제 2 컬럼으로부터 배출되고, 압력이 증가하며, 회수전에 증발되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 정류방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 저순도 산소가 증기로서 제 2 컬럼으로부터 배출되고 액체로서 제 2 컬럼으로부터 부가적인 저순도 산소를 배출하는 단계와 부가적인 저순도 산소 생성물로서 상기 배출된 액체를 회수하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 저온 정류방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 컬럼에서 질소가 풍부한 증기 및 산소가 풍부한 액체를 생성하는 단계, 상단 컨덴서에서 산소가 풍부한 액체와 간접 열교환에 의해 질소가 풍부한 증기를 응축하는 단계, 및 제 1 및 제 2 컬럼 중 적어도 하나에서 환류로서 응축된 질소가 풍부한 유체를 적용하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 정류 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 공급 공기스트럼을 초과하는 압력을 가지고, 제 2 컬럼으로부터 배출된 액체 저순도 산소와 간접 열교환되면서 부가적인 공급 공기스트림을 통과시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 저온 정류방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 95몰%를 초과하는 질소농도를 가지는 저온 정류 플랜트로부터 질소함유 유체를 회수하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 정류방법.
- (A)상단에 컨덴서가 있는 제 1 컬럼 및 하단에 리보일러가 있는 제 2 컬럼; (B)주 열교환기 및 제 1 공급스트림을 주열교환기로 통과시키고 주열교환기에서 하단의 리보일러로 통과시키는 수단 ; (C)하단 리보일러로 부터 제 1 및 제 2 컬럼 중 적어도 하나로 유체를 통과시키는 수단 ; (D)제 1 공급스트림보다 더 낮은 압력에서도 제 2 공급스트림을 주열교환기로 주열교환기에서 제 1 컬럼으로 통과시키는 수단 ; (E)제 2 컬럼에서 주열교환기로 생성유체를 통과시키는 수단 ; (F)주열교환기에서 생성유체를 회수하는 수단을 포함하는 저순도 산소제조를 위한 저온 정류장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 제 2 컬럼에서 주열교환기로 생성유체를 통과시키는 수단이 액체펌프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 정류장치
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 제 1 컬럼의 상단에서 상단 응축기로 유체를 통과시키는 수단, 제 1 컬럼의 하부에서 상단 컨덴서로 유체를 통과시키는 수단 및 상단 컨덴서로부터 유체를 제 1 및 제 2 컬럼 중 적어도 하나로 통과시키는 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 정류장치.
