Claims (24)
- (A)급송공기를 고압컬럼에 공급하여 고압컬럼에서 급송공기를 질소-부화증기와 산소-부화액체로 분리하는 단계; (B)산소-부화 액체를 고압컬럼으로부터 저압컬럼으로 이송시키는 단계; (C)질소-부화증기를 응축시켜 질소-부화 액체를 생성하고, 이 질소-부화액체를 저압 칼럼으로 이송시키는 단계; (D)저압칼럼으로 이송된 유체를 질소-부화 증기와 산소-부화 액체로 분리하는 단계; (E)급송공기와의 간접 열교환으로 산소-부화 액체를 이송시켜 생성물 산소기체를 생성하는 단계; 그리고(F)급송공기와의 간접 열교환으로 질소-부화액체를 이송시켜 생성물 질소기체를 생성하는 단계로 이루어지는, 산소와 질소를 생성하기 위한공기의 저온분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 급송공기와 제1부분과 제2부분으로 나누어지며, 제1부분은 단계(E)와(F)의 열교환에 의하여 최소한 부분적으로 응축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 급송공기의 제1부분이 단계(E)와 (F)의 열교환에 의하여 전체가 응축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제2부분이 고압컬럼으로 유입되기전에 터보 팽창되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 저압컬럼로부터 질소 부화증기를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 질소-부화증기가 산소-부화액체와의 간접 열교환에 의하여 응축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산소-부화 액체의 압력이 단계(E)의 열교환전에 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 질소-부화 액체의 압력이 단계(F)의 열교환전에 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 급송공기의 제1부분이 단계(E)와 (F)의 열교환전에 터보 팽창되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 급송공기의 제1부분이 제1부와 제2부로 나누어져서, 제1부는 터보팽창된 후 단계(F)의 열교환을 수행하기 위해 사용되며, 제2부는 단계(E)의 열교환의 수행하기 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에있어서, 추가로 약간의 산소-부화 액체를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 약간의 질소산소-부화 액체를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (A)열교환수단; (B)열교환 수단으로부터 제1컬럼까지의 도관수단; (C)제1컬럼으로부터 제2컬럼까지의 도관수단 (D)제1칼럼으로 부터 콘덴서/제비등기까지의 도관수단; (E)유체를 제2컬럼으로부터 열교환 수단으로 이송시키기 위한 수단; 및 (F)유체를 콘덴서/제비등기로부터 열교환 수단으로 이송시키기 위한 수단으로 이루어지는, 산소와 질소를 생성하기 위한 공기의 저온 분리장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 유체를 제2컬럼으로부터 열교환수단으로 이송시키기 위한 수단에 하나이상의 탱크가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 유체를 콘덴서/재비등기로부터 열교환수단으로 이송시키기 위한 수단에 하나이상의 탱크가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 유체를 제2컬럼으로부터 열교환수단으로 이송시키기 위한 수단에 액체펌프가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 유체를 콘덴서/재비등기로부터 열교환수단으로 이송시키기 위한 수단에 액체펌프가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 추가로 제1컬럼과 소통되어 연결되도록 터보 팽창기를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 추가로 열교환 수단으로부터 제1컬럼에 이리는 도관수단상에 부냉각기 수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 추가로 열교환기수단과 소통되어 연결되도록 터보 팽창기를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 열교환기 수단이 제1부분과 제2부분으로 이루어지고, 부분(E)의 이송수단이 유체를 제2부분으로 이송시키기 위해 채택되며, 부분(F)의 이송수단이 유체를 제1부분으로 이송시키기 위해 채택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제21항에 있어서, 추가로 제2부분과 소통연결되도록 터보 팽창기를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 제1컬럼의 내장재중 최소한 일부가 구조적 팩킹으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
