Abstract
본 발명은 이중 칼럼 및 보조 사이드 칼럼을 사용하는 저온 정류 시스템에 관한 것으로, 시스템이 낮은 헤드압력으로 조절할 수 있게 압축된 공급 공기를 응축할 수 있고 따라서, 조작 비용을 낮출 수 있는 저순도의 산소를 제조할 수 있는 시슬메을 제공한다.

Claims (9)
- (A) 공급 공기를 압축하는 단계, (B) 압축된 공급 공기를 최소한 부분적으로 응축시키고, 고압 칼럼을 포함하는 이중칼럼의 고압 칼럼으로 생성되는 공급공기를통과시키는 단계, (C) 저압 칼럼에서 사이드 칼럼으로 50 내지 88%의 산소를 포함하는 조야한 액체 산소를 통과시키는 단계, (D) 사이드 칼럼내의 저온 정류에 의해 조야한 액체 산소를 산소 생성물 및 나머지 기체로 분리하는 단계, (E) 사이드 칼럼에서 저압 칼럼으로 잔여 증기를 통과시키는 단계, (F) 압축된 공기의 최소한 부분적인 응축을 수행하기 위하여 압축된 공급 공기와 간접적으로 열교환함으로서 산소 생성물 유체를 최소한 부분적으로 증기화하는 단계, 및 (G) 조야한 액체의 농도를 초과하는 액체 산소 농도를 가지는 저순도의 산소로서 산소 생성물 유체를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 저순도 산소를 제조하는 저온 정류 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산소 생성물 유체가 기체로서 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산소 생성물 유체가 기체로서 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산소 생성물 유체가 압력이 증가된 액체로서 사이드 칼럼으로부터 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압축된 공급 공기의 일부를 터보 팽창시키고 터보팽창된 공급 공기를 저압 칼럼으로 통과시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (A) 베이스 로드 공급 공기 압축기, (B) 바닥 재가열기를 가지는 사이드 칼럼, (C) 제1칼럼 및 제2칼럼을 포함하는 이중 칼럼, (D) 베이스 로드 공급 공기 압축기로부터 바닥 재가열기로, 바닥 재가열기로부터 제1칼럼 으로 공급 공기를 통과시키는 수단, (E) 제2칼럼의 하부에서 사이드 칼럼으로 유체를 통과시키는 수단, (F) 사이드 칼럼에서 제2칼럼으로 유체를 통과시키는 수단, 및 (G) 사이드 칼럼에서 생성물을 회수하느 단계를 포함하는 저온 정류 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 사이드 칼럼으로부터 생성물을 회수하는 수단이 액체 펌프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 터보팽창기, 터보팽창기로 공급 공기를 통과시키는 수단 및 터보팽창기로 부터의 공급 공기를 통과하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 터보팽창기로 공급 공기를 통과시키는 수단이 터보팽창기에 직접 연결된 압축기로부터 도관 수단을 포함하는 터보 팽창기에 직접 연결된 압축기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
