Abstract

플렉시블 플레이트 어셈블리는 굽힘 진동을 흡수하면서 엔진내부의 크랭크축으로부터 플라이 휘일로 토오크를 전달하는 것을 개시하며, 첫번째 플렉시블 플레이트, 두번째 플렉시블 플레이트, 그리고 마찰 플레이트를 포함한다.
첫번째 플레시블 플레이트의 내측 일부는 크랭크 축의 일단에 고정되며, 첫번째 플렉시블 플레이트의 외측 일부는 플라이 휘일에 연결된다.
마찰 플레이트는 첫번째와 두번째 플렉시블 플레이트들 사이에 배치된다. 마찰 플레이트와 두번째 플렉시블 플레이트는 크랭크 축과 플라이 휘일 사이에서 첫번째 플렉시블 플레이트의 중간부분에 연결된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 클러치 디스크 어셈블리와 플렉시블 플레이트 어셈블리를 포함하는 플라이 휘일의 측단면도이다.
제2도는 제1도에 포함된 플렉시블 플레이트 어셈블리의 일부분의 절개 측단면도이다.
제3도는 제2도와 유사한 도면이지만, 굽힘 진동에 의하여 탄성적으로 변형된 플렉시블 플레이트 어셈블리를 나타낸다.

Claims (7)

  1. 엔진의 크랭크 축으로부터 플라이 휘일로 토오크를 전달하고 거기에서 굽힘진동을 흡수하는 플렉시블 플레이트 어셈블리로서, 상기한 어셈블리는, 원주방향으로는 단단하고 축방향으로는 플렉시블하며 플라이 휘일과 크랭크 축 사이에 크랭크 축의 단부와 플라이 휘일을 연결하기 위하여 배치되는 첫번째 플레이트와; 상기한 축방향에서 첫번째 플레이트의 탄성변형에 응하여 첫번째 플레이트와의 사이에서 마찰을 발생시키기 위하여 배치되며 크랭크 축과 플라이 휘일 사이에서 함께 회전하기 위하여 상기한 첫번째 플레이트에 연결되는 마찰발생장치를 포함하는 플렉시블 플레이트 어셈블리.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 마찰발생장치는, 첫번째 플레이트와 두번째 플레이트 사이에 배치된 두번째 플레이트와 마찰부재를 포함하며, 이들 두번째 플레이트와 마찰부재는 함께 회전하기 위하여 첫번째 플레이트에 고정되는 플렉시블 플레이트 어셈블리.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서, 두번째 플레이트의 외측 원주는 첫번째 플레이트의 원주보다 더 작은 플렉시블 플레이트 어셈블리.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서, 첫번째 플레이트의 외측 주변부는 플라이 휘일에 연결되도록 이루어지며, 첫번째 플레이트의 내측 주변부는 크랭크 축에 연결되도록 이루어지고; 그리고 두번째 플레이트의 내측 주변부는 크랭크 축에 연결되도록 이루어지며 두번째 플레이트의 외측 주변부는 첫번째 플레이트의 중간부분에 연결되는 플렉시블 플레이트 어셈블리.
  5. 청구항 2에 있어서, 첫번째 플레이트, 두번째 플레이트 그리고 마찰부재는 모두가 시이트 금속으로 이루어지는 플렉시블 플레이트 어셈블리.
  6. 엔진의 크랭크 축으로부터 플라이 휘일로 토오크를 전달하며 그들 사이에서 굽힘 진동을 흡수하는 플렉시블 플레이트 장치로서, 상기한 장치는, 플라이 휘일에 연결되는 외측 주변부와, 크랭크 축과 연결되는 내측 주변부를 갖는 첫번째 플레이트와; 첫번째 플레이트와 두번째 플레이트의 구멍을 통하여 연장되는 복수개의 핀들에 의하여 첫번째 플레이트의 내측부와 외측 주변부 사이에서 상기한 첫번째 플레이트의 중간부에 고정되는 두번째 플레이트와; 축방향에서 첫번째 플레이트의 탄성적인 변형에 응하여 첫번째 플레이트와 두번째 플레이트 사이에서 마찰을 발생하도록 형성되며 첫번째 플레이트와 두번째 플레이트 사이에 배치되는 마찰 플레이트를 포함하는 플렉시블 플레이트 어셈블리.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서, 플라이 휘일의 내측 주변부는 비틀림이 없는 상태에서 일정한 갭을 유지하는 첫번째 플레이트의 내측부분으로부터 떨어져 있는 플렉시블 플레이트 어셈블리.
