Abstract
본 발명은 펌프의 고속 회전시에 급격한 마모로부터 이들을 보호하기 위해 서로 상대회전하는 미끄럼 부재의 내마모성 또는 내마멸성을 향상시키는 경사판식 축방향 피스톤 펌프를 제공하는 것이다. 상기 축방향 피스톤 펌프는 하우징(1)과, 상기 하우징(1)내에 회전가능하게 지지된 회전축(3)과, 이를 따라 축방향으로 미끄럼이동가능하고 이와 함께 회전가능하게 상기 회전축(3)상에 장착된 실린더 블록(15)과 상기 회전축(3) 주위에 배열되어 축방향으로 연장하는 대응하는 개수의 실린더내에서 축방향으로 왕복이 가능하게 수용되는 복수개의 피스톤(21)을 갖는 축방향 피스톤 펌프와, 상기 회전축(3)이 회전될 때 상기 피스톤(21)을 축방향으로 왕복이동가능하게 이동시키기 위해 배치된 경사판(23) 및, 상기 펌프의 부품을 구성하기 위해 서로에 대해 미끄럼이동가능하게 합체된 복수개의 미끄럼 부재를 포함한다. 상기 밸브판(31)과, 실린더 블록(15)과, 슈(25)와, 경사판(23)과, 슈 홀더(27) 및, 지지부재(24)와 같은 상기 복수개의 미끄럼 부재중 적어도 하나는 도금에 니켈-인-테프론 층으로 피복된다.

Claims (11)
- 경사판식 축방향 피스톤 펌프에 있어서, 하우징과, 상기 하우징내에 회전가능하게 지지된 회전축과, 이를 따라 축방향으로 미끄럼이동가능하고 이와 함께 회전가능하게 상기 회전축상에 장착된 실린더 블록과, 상기 회전축 주위에 배열되어 축방향으로 연장하는 대응하는 갯수의 실린더내에서 축방향으로 왕복이동가능하게 수용되는 복수개의 피스톤을 갖는 축방향 피스톤펌프와, 상기 회전축이 회전될때 상기 피스톤을 축선방향으로 왕복이동가능하게 이동시키기 위해 배치된 경사판 및, 상기 펌프의 부품을 구성하기 위해 서로에 대해 미끄럼 이동가능하게 합체된 복수개의 미끄럼 부재를 포함하고, 상기 복수개의 미끄럼 부재중 적어도 하나는 니켈-인-테프론 층로 피복된 것을 특징으로 하는 경사판식 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 서로 미끄럼이동하는 복수쌍의 미끄럼 부재중 적어도 한쌍의 미끄럼 부재는 도금에 의해 니켈-인-테프론으로 피복된 것을 특징으로 하는 경사판식 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
- 경사판식 축방향 피스톤 펌프에 있어서, 하우징과, 상기 하우징내에 배치되고 그 양단부에서 베어링에 의해 상기 하우징내에 회전가능하게 지지되며 동력원에 의해 회전구동되는 회전축과, 상기 회전축의 중심 축선에 대해서 경사진 상태로 환형지지부재에 의해 상기 하우징에 고정된 경사판과, 상기 하우징내에 배치되고 그 축방향으로 미끄럼이동가능하고 이와 함께 회전가능한 상기 회전축상에 장착되며 내부에 펌프실을 형성한 복수개의 실린더를 각각 갖는 실린더 블록과, 상기 실린더에 미끄럼이동가능하게 끼워진 단부를 각각 갖는 복수개의 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤에 선회가능하게 연격된 일 단부와 상기 경사판의 일측면과 미끄럼 접촉관계로 배치된 다른 단부를 각각 갖는 복수개의 슈와, 상기 지지부재와 미끄럼이동가능하게 접촉하는 외주부와 복수개의 유지 구멍을 갖는 환형 슈 홀더 및, 그 일 측면이 실린더 블록의 하부면상에서 지지되는 다른 측면과 함께 상기 하우징의 내부면상에서 지지되도록 배치되고 상기 회전축을 관통하는 밸브판을 구비하고, 상기 하우징에 형성된 흡입 통로와 배출 통로가 상기 실린더에 각각 형성된 펌프실과 선택적으로 연통하고, 서로 미끄럼이동 가능하게 접촉하는 복수쌍의 미끄럼 부재중 적어도 한쌍은 니켈-인-테프론 층으로 피복된 것을 특징으로 하는 경사판식 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 미끄럼 부재는 상기 밸브판과, 실린더 블록과, 슈와, 경사판과, 슈 홀더 및, 지지부재중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 경사판식 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 밸브판상에 상기 니켈-인-테프론 코팅을 실시한 후 열처리가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경사판식 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
- 경사판식 축방향 피스톤 펌프에 있어서, 하우징과, 상기 하우징내에 배치되고 그 양단부에서 베어링에 의해 상기하우징내에 회전가능하게 지지되며 동력원에 의해 회전구동되는 회전축과, 상기 회전축의 중심 축선에 대해서 경사진 상태로 환형지지부재에 의해 상기 하우징에 고정된 경사판과, 상기 하우징내에 배치되고 그 축방향으로 미끄럼이동가능하고 이와 함께 회전가능한 상기 회전축상에 장착되며 내부에 펌프실을 형성한 복수개의 실린더를 각각 갖는 실린더 블록과, 상기 실린더에 미끄럼이동가능하게 끼워진 단부를 각각 갖는 복수개의 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤에 선회가능하게 연격된 일 단부와 상기 경사판의 일측면과 미끄럼 접촉관계로 배치된 다른 단부를 각각 갖는 복수개의 슈와, 상기 지지부재와 미끄럼이동가능하게 접촉하는 외주부와 복수개의 유지 구멍을 갖는 환형 슈 홀더 및, 그 일 측면이 실린더 블록의 하부면상에서 지지되는 다른 측면과 함께 상기 하우징의 내부면상에서 지지되도록 배치되고 상기 회전축을 관통하는 밸브판을 구비하고, 상기 하우징에 형성된 흡입 통로와 배출 통로가 상기 실린더에 각각 형성된 펌프실과 선택적으로 연통하고, 서로 미끄럼이동하는 복수쌍의 미끄럼 부재중 적어도 한쌍의 미끄럼 부재는 도금에 의해 니켈-인-테프론으로 피복된 것을 특징으로 하는 경사판식 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 복수쌍의 미끄럼 부재는 한쌍의 밸브판과 실린더 블록과, 한쌍의 슈와 경사판 및, 한쌍의 슈 홀더와 지지부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경사판식 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 밸브판과, 상기 슈 및, 상기 지지부재는 니켈-인-테프론으로 각각 피복된 것을 특징으로 하는 경사판식 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 밸브판은 철재료로 구성되고, 상기 실린더 블록은 구상 흑연 주철로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 경사판식 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
