Abstract

차량 핸들을 조향 샤프트에 연결하기 위한 부속품에 관한 것으로, 핸들의 허브(10)와 이 핸들에 부속되는 조향 샤프트(20)의 한 단부 사이에 접속 회전을 위한 샤프트/허브 연결부와, 조향 샤프트(20)의 세로축 방향으로 허브(10)와 조향 샤프트(20) 사이에 상호맞춤 연결부를 형성하는 클램핑 부재(30)를 포함한다. 제1양상에 따라, 클램핑 부재는, 회전할 수 있으나 축방향으로 고정되도록 조향 샤프트(20)에 끼워지고 허브(10)의 외측에 나사로 고정되는, 슬리브 너트(30)이다. 제2양상에 따라, 클램핑 부재는, 회전할 수 있으나 축방향으로 고정되도록 허브(10)의 바깥쪽에 끼워지고 조향 샤프트(20)에 나사로 고정되는, 슬리브 너트(30)이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 핸들의 허브(10)와 이 핸들에 부속되는 조향 샤프트(20)의 한 단부 사이의 접속 회전을 위한 샤프트/허브 연결부와, 조향 샤프트(20)의 세로축 방향으로 허브(10)와 조향 샤프트(20)사이에 상호맞춤 연결부를 형성하는 클램핑 부재(30)를 포함하는, 차량 핸들을 조향 샤프트에 연결하는 부속품에 있어서, 클램핑 부재는, 회전할 수 있으나 축방향으로 고정되도록 조향 샤프트(20)에 끼워지고 허브(10)의 외측에 나사 결합되는, 슬리브 너트(30)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량 핸들을 조향 샤프트에 연결하는 부속품.
  2. 핸들의 허브(10)와 이 핸들에 부속되는 조향 샤프트(20)외 한 단부 사이의 접속 회전을 위한 샤프트/허브 연결부와, 조향 샤프트(20)의 세로축 방향으로 허브(10)와 조향 샤프트(20) 사이에 상호맞춤 연결부를 형성하는 클램핑 부재(30)를 포함하는, 차량 핸들을 조향 샤프트에 연결하는 부속품에 있어서, 클램핑 부재는, 회전할 수 있으나 축방향으로 고정되도록 허브(10)의 바깥쪽에 끼워지고 조향 샤프트(20)에 나사 결합되는, 슬리브 너트(30)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량 핸들을 조향 샤프트에 연결하는 부속품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 접속 회전을 위한 샤프트/허브 연결부가 조향 샤프트(20)상의 외측 스플라인(14)과 허브(10) 내의 내측 스플라인(22)에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 부속품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 접속 회전을 위한 샤프트/허브 연결부가 조향 샤프트 상에 형성된 원뿔형 부분(24)과 허브 내에 형성된 베벨 시트(16)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부속품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 접속 회전을 위한 샤프트/허브 연결부가 스플라인 연결부(14, 22)와 베벨 시트(16, 24)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부속품.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 접속 회전을 위한 샤프트/허브 연결부가 조향 샤프트(20)상의 외측 스플라인(14)과 허브(10) 내의 내측 스플라인(22)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부속품.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 접속 회전을 위한 샤프트/허브 연결부가 조향 샤프트 상에 헝성된 원뿔형 부분(24)과 허브 내에 형성된 베벨 시트(16)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부속품.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 접속 회전을 위한 샤프트/허브 연결부가 스플라인 연결부(14, 22)와 베벨 시트(16, 24)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부속품.
