차량용 조향컬럼의 조향핸들 각위치 조절장치와 이 장치가 구비된 조향 핸들
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 조절장치의 제1실시형태를 보인 단면도.
제2도와 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 스플라인 형성수단과 조절장치의 일부를 보인 제1도의 II-II 선 및 III-III선 단면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 차량용 조향컬럼의 조향핸들 각위치조절장치에 있어서, 조향핸들이 이 조향핸들의 보상적 형태의 일부분에 결합될 수 있게 된 재두원추형 면을 형성하는 부분과, 주어진 피치에 따라서 각도를 이루어 배설되는 스플라인형성 제1수단을 갖는 축공이 구비된 후브로 구성되고, 조향컬럼에 후브를 고정하기 위한 후브 고정수단이 구성되어 있으며, 상기 조향컬럼은 튜우브의 형태로서 그 내부에 이 조향컬럼의 내면에 대하여 보상적 형태를 갖는 일부분에 결합될 수 있게된 재두원추형면을 형성하는 부분과, 후브와 함께 회전가능하게 고정하기 위하여 후브의 스플라인형성 제1수단에 결합될 수 있게 된 보상수단으로 구성된 중간부재가 배치되고, 후브고정수단은 후브와 중간부재와의 사이에 컬럼이 삽입되어 이 컬럼에 대하여 조향핸들의 요구된 조절위치에서 조향핸들을 고정하도록하는 후브와 중간부재의 고정수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조향컬럼의 조향핸들 각위치 조절장치.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 컬럼에 대하여 중간부재의 각변위를 제한하기 위한 수단이 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 중간부재의 각변위 제한 수단이 중간 부재의 일부분에 형성되어 컬럼내면의 해당부분에 형성된 제2수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 각도간극이 스플라인형성 제l수단의 피치와 거의 일치함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 후브고정수단이 중간부재의 나선공에 결합되고 조향핸들의 후부에 대하여 지지되는 스크류로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 청구범의 1항에 있어서, 후브고정수단이 중간부재의 나선부에 결합되고 후브에 짖되는 너트로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 컬럼에서 중간부재의 축방향 위치를 고정하기 위한 수단이 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 청구범위 7항에 있어서, 중간부재의 축방향위치 고정수단이 중간부재에 착설되고 조향컬럼의 변부에 지지되는 탄성링으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 청구범위 1항에 따른 조절장치가 구비된 조향핸들.
  10. 본문에 상술하고 첨부도면 제1도-제3도 또는 제4도에 예시한 바와 같은 실제의 차량용 조향컬럼의 조향핸들 각위치조절 장치.
