Abstract

본 발명은 신규한 구성의 박막 형성방법을 개시한다.
종래의 사진식각방법은 대면적의 미세패턴 형성에 적합하나. 고가의 박막재료를 사용하거나 부분적인 패턴의 형성시에는 재료와 공수의 손실이 큰 문제가 있었다.
본 발명에서는 인쇄등에 의해 소요 패턴보다 큰 도포패턴을 형성하고 이 도포패턴만을 사진식각하여 소요패턴을 얻도록 함으로써 고가재료의 손실을 방지하고 부분적인 패턴의 형성도 용이하도록 하였다.

Claims (4)

  1. 기판상에 감광성 박막을 도포하여 이를 사진식각함으로써 소요패턴의 기능층을 형성하는 박막 형성방법에 있어서, 상기 기판상에 상기 소요패턴보다 넓은 면적의 소정의 도포패턴으로 박막을 도포한뒤, 상기 도포패턴을 사진식각함으로써 상기 소요패턴의 기능층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막의 형성방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도포패턴이 인쇄방법에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막의 형성방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도포패턴의 인쇄원판이 상기 사진식각용 마스크를 디포커싱하여 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막의 형성방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄원판과 마스크가 소정의 크기로 제작된 마스터원판을 사진축소하여 제작되고, 상기 마스크가 상기 마스터원판을 정포커싱하여 제작될 때, 상기 인쇄원판은 디포커싱으로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막의 형성방법.
