Abstract

본 발명은 미생물의 보다 유효한 불활성화 · 파괴방법을 제공한다. 미생물에 전기에너지를 가지는 액체, 기체 또는 고체를 개입하여 전기에너지를 부여하는 것에 의해 미생물이 갖는 세포 내외의 정전용량한계를 초과하여 그 전하를 상승시켜 미생물 세포에 불가역변화를 일으키거나 및/또는 미생물 세포의 경계막을 폭열적으로 파괴시킨다.

Claims (11)

  1. 미생물에, 전기에너지를 가지는 액체, 기체 또는 고체를 개입하여 전기에너지를 부여하는 것에 의해 미생물이 갖는 세포 내외의 정전용량한계를 초과하여 그 전하를 상승시키고 미생물 세포에 불가역변화를 일으키거나 및/또는 미생물 세포의 경계막을 폭열적으로 파괴시키는 미생물의 불활성화ㆍ파괴방법.
  2. 미생물에, 전기에너지를 가지는 액체, 기체 또는 고체를 개입하여 전기에너지를 부여하는 것에 의해 미생물의 세포 내외의 투수를 촉진시켜, 미생물 세포에 불가역변화를 일으키거나 및/또는 미생물 세포의 경계막을 폭열적으로 파괴시키는 미생물의 불활성화ㆍ파괴방법.
  3. 미생물에, 전기에너지를 가지는 액체, 기체 또는 고체를 개입하여 전기에너지를 부여하는 것에 의해 미생물이 갖는 세포 내외의 정전용량한계를 초과하여 그 전하를 상승시키고, 또한 미생물 세포 내외의 투수를 촉진시켜서 미생물 세포에 불가역변화를 일으키거나 및/또는 미생물 세포의 경계막을 폭열적으로 파괴시키는 미생물의 불활성화ㆍ파괴방법.
  4. 전기에너지를 가지는 액체가 전하수이고 그 전하 수용액중에 미생물을 배합하여 전기에너지를 부여하는 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 기재한 미생물의 불활성화ㆍ파괴방법.
  5. 전하수가, 하전수, 축전수, 기능수, 전기분해처리수, 강산화전위수, 강산성 전해생성 수용액, 전리수, 비전리수 또는 대전수의 어느 하나인 제4항에 기재되어 있는 미생물의 불활성화ㆍ파괴방법.
  6. 전기에너지를 가지는 기체가 전하를 가지는 기체인 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 기재한 미생물의 불활성화ㆍ파괴방법.
  7. 전기에너지를 가지는 고체가 축전체인 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 기재한 미생물의 불활성화ㆍ파괴방법.
  8. 미생물을 포함하는 액체에 전극을 개입하여 통전하고, 전극에 대하여 비접촉상태의 미생물에 전기에너지를 부여하는 것에 의해 미생물이 갖는 세포 내외의 정전용량한계를 초과하여 그 전하를 상승시키고, 미생물세포에 불가역변화를 일으키거나 및/또는 미생물 세포의 경계막을 폭열적으로 파괴시키는 미생물의 불활성화ㆍ파괴방법.
  9. 미생물을 포함하는 액체에 전극을 개입하여 통전하고, 전극에 대하여 비접촉상태의 미생물에 전기에너지를 부여하는 것에 의해 미생물의 세포 내외의 투수를 촉진시켜 미생물 세포에 불가역변화를 일으키거나 및/또는 미생물 세포의 경계막을 폭열적으로 파괴시키는 미생물의 불활성화ㆍ파괴방법.
  10. 미생물을 포함하는 액체에 전극을 개입하여 통전하고 전극에 대하여 비접촉상태의 미생물에 전기에너지를 부여하는 것에 의해 미생물이 갖는 세포 내외의 정전용량한계를 초과하여 그 전하를 상승시키고, 또한 미생물 세포 내외의 투수를 촉진시켜 미생물 세포에 불가역변화를 일으키거나 및/또는 미생물 세포의 경계막을 폭열적으로 파괴시키는 미생물의 불활성화ㆍ파괴방법.
  11. 통전이 전매성 통전이거나 또는 비전매성 통전인 제8항 내지 제10항의 어느 한 항에 기재된 미생물의 불활성화ㆍ파괴방법.
