Abstract
본 발명은 수술 기구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 기부에 위치된 길이부의 주요부상의 비친수성의 미끄러운 폴리머와, 가이드와이어의 나머지 말단 길이부의 주요부에 위치된 친수성 폴리머로 피복된 스테인레스강합금 코어로 제조된 가이드와이어에 관한 것이다. 바람직하게, 가이드와이어는 가이드와이어 조립체의 금속성 코어와 친수성 중합체층 사이에 위치된 중합체 결합층을 구비한다. 금속성 코어는 그 토크 전달 성능 유지하기 위한 다수의 스테인레스강중 하나이다. 바람직하게, 가이드와이어의 외경은 말단부로부터 기단부까지 일정하다. 금속성 코어는 가이드와이어 조립체를 따라 적당한 위치에서 테이퍼져 있다.

Claims (13)
- 신체 내강내에 카테터를 안내하기에 적합한 가이드와이어에 있어서, 보다 기단부 및 보다 말단부를 갖는 길다란 가요성 스테인레스강 합금 와이어 코어를 포함하며, 상기 보다 기단부는 상기 보다 말단부보다 더욱 강성이고 외측기단 덮개를 가지며, 상기 외측 기단 덮개는 상기 와이어 코어 둘레에 동축으로 직접 배치되고 플루오로카본 중합체, 폴리아릴렌 및 폴리설폰으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 재료로 이루어지며, 상기 보다 말단부는 상기 외측 기단 덮개의 축방향 근방에 외측 말단 덮개를 가지며, 상기 외측 말단 덮개는 친수성 중합체성 조성물을 포함하는 가이드와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 보다 말단부와 상기 보다 기단부는 동일한 외경을 갖는 가이드와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보다 말단부는 상기 와이어 코어의 근방에 결합층을 더 포함하는 가이드와이어.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 결합층은 폴리아미드, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리우레탄 및 폴리에스테르로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 재료를 포함하는 가이드와이어.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 결합층은 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 폴리우레탄으로부터 선택된 가이드와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어 와이너는 303, 304, 304V 및 스테인레스강으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 재료로 이루어진 가이드와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 중합체 조성물은 산화 에틸렌: 2-비닐 피리딘: N-비닐피롤리돈: 모노-메톡시 트리에틸렌 글리콜 모노(메트) 아크릴레이트, 모노-메톡시 테트라에틸렌 글리콜 모노(메트) 아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 모노(메트) 아크릴케이트를 포함하는 모노-알콕시 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 모노(메트)아크릴레이트와 같은 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 아크릴레이트: 2-하이드록시에틸메타크릴레이트, 글리세릴메타크릴레이트와 같은 다른 친수성 아크릴레이트; 아크릴산 및 그의 염: 아크릴아미드 및 아크릴로니트릴: 아크릴아미드메틸프로판 설폰산 및 그의 염, 셀룰로즈, 메틸셀룰로즈 에틸셀룰로즈, 카르복시메틸 셀룰로즈, 시아노에틸 셀룰로즈, 셀룰로즈 아세테이트와 같은 셀룰로즈 유도체, 아밀로즈, 펙틴, 아밀로펙틴, 알긴산 및 가교결합된 헤파린과 같은 폴리사카라이드로부터 선택된 단량체로 구성된 중합체를 포함하는 가이드와이어.
- 제7항에 있어서. 상기 외측 기단 덮개와 상기 스테인레스강 합금 와이어 코어 사이에 배치된 결합층을 더 포함하는 가이드와이어.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 결합층은 열수축성 튜빙인 가이드와이어.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 결합층은 상기 코어 와이어상으로 용융되는 가이드와이어.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 결합층은 방사선 불투과성 재료를 더 포함하는 가이드와이어.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 결합층은 플라즈마로 용착되는 가이드와이어.
