Abstract
본 발명은 탄성회복율이 특히 우수하고 신도에 대한 경시변화가 없으며 점착현상이 발생하지 않는 폴리에테르에스텔계 탄성사의 제조방법에 관한 것임.
본 발명은 설포네이트가 함유된 방향족디카르복실산이 1~5몰% 함유되어 있는 폴리에테르에스텔계 블록중합체를 합성할 때 카본산디에스테르를 중합말기에 1~5중량% 투입하여 제조한 다음에, 상기 중합체로 용융방사할 때 액정성폴리머를 테레프탈산 기준으로 5~20몰% 첨가하여 방사함을 특징으로 하는 탄성사의 제조방법임.

Claims (3)
- 셀포네이트가 함유된 방향족 디카르복실산이 1~5몰% 함유되도록 폴리에테르에스테르를 합성하되, 다음 일반식을 갖는 카본산디에스테르를 중합말기에 중합체 기준으로 1~5중량% 투입하여 폴리에테르에스텔 블록중합체를 제조하고, 상기 블록중합체를 용융방사함에 있어서, 용융방사시에 액정성폴리머를 테레프탈산 기준으로 5~20몰% 첨가하여 스핀드로우(spin-Draw)방식으로 방사함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르에스텔계 탄성사의 제조방법.(R은 탄소수 1~3인 알킬기 또는 페닐기임)
- 제1항에 있어서, 액정성폴리머는 파라 하이드록시 벤조산의 폴리머 및 6~하이드록시 2~나프탈산의 폴리머이고, 방사시 용융점도가 상기 폴리에테르에스테르 공중합체의 용융점보다 15~25% 낮은 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르에스텔계 탄성사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서, 방사온도는 200~270℃이며, 방사속도는 1500m/분 이상이며, 60℃이하에서 연신비 1.5로 연신하고 결정이 녹는 점보다 20~40℃가 낮은 온도에서 이완율 20~40%로 이완열 처리함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르에스텔계 탄성사의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
