Abstract

유동성 식료품용 셰이커는 셰이커 용기의 상방으로 개방된 확대된 개구부 내에 장착 가능한 역전 가능한 교반기 삽입체를 포함하고, 해제 가능한 덮개 스냅 결합 유출관에 의해서, 어느 한 위치에, 덮개 나사산 캡에 의해서 닫혀진 조립체를 보유한다. 제1위치에서 상기 교반기 삽입체는 유출 동안에 확대된 것을 보유하기 위한 여과기를 형성하고, 제2위치에서는 유출관과 관련해서 확대된 상부 혼합 챔버를 형성한다.

Claims (14)

  1. 바닥부와 상기 바닥부에 일체로 되고 그것에서 상방으로 연장되어서 상부 림 및 상기 개구부 내의 상방으로 향한 지지 수단을 갖는 환형의 칼라를 포함하는 상방으로 개방된 개구부까지 이어지는 주연 벽을 갖는 상방으로 개구된 용기와, 상기 개구부 내에 제거 가능하도록 배치되며 유동 교반 요소를 갖고 상기 개구부내에 지지되도록 상기 지지 수단 상에 결합 가능한 외주연 모서리부를 갖는 교반기 삽입체와, 상기 교반기 삽입체 상방에 놓여 상기 개구부 위의 조립된 위치에서 제거 가능하도록 장착되며 상기 상부 림 상에 배치된 모서리부와 상기 교반기 삽입체를 상기 지지 수단에 대해서 보유시키기 위해서 상기 교반기 삽입체의 상기 외주연 모서리 부와 결합 가능한 현수된 방사상 내항부를 포함하는 유출관과, 상기 유출관을 상기 조립된 위치에 제거 가능하도록 보유하기 위한 상기 개구부 상의 보유 수단을 포함하며 상기 유출관은 주변 유출 입술부에 의해서 정해진 상부 유츨 개방부와 상기 유출관에 장착 가능한 캡을 구비하며, 상기 캡은 상기 칼라 둘레에서 배치 가능한 현수 스커트와 상기 스커트 상에 해제 가능한 잠금 수단과 상기 캡을 상기 칼라에 해제 가능하도록 잠그기 위한 칼라를 포함하고, 상기 캡은 또 유출 개방부를 상기 유출관 위의 폐쇄 위치에서 상기 장착된 캡상에 밀봉하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동성 식료품용 셰이커.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 교반기 삽입체는 상기 외주연 모서리에서 측방으로 오프셋된 중앙부를 포함하고, 상기 교반기 삽입체는 상기 중앙부가 상기 용기 개구부에 대해서 수직 외향으로 연장된 제1위치, 및 상기 용기 개구부에 대해서 수직 내향으로 연장된 제2위치로 선택적으로 향한 역전 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이커.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 교반기 삽입체는 외부 환형 링에 의해서 정해진 상기 외주연 모서리부를 가진 원추형 형상이고, 상기 중심부는 상기 외부 환형 링과 동축이면서 사실상 작은 지름을 갖고, 상기 교반기 삽입체의 유동 교반 요소는 상기 내부 환형 링과, 상기 내부 환형 링과 동축상에 배치된 수직으로 연장된 핀과, 상기 내부 핀에서 상기 내부 환형 링으로 방사상 외향으로 연장된 복수개의 내부 스포크, 및 상기 외부 환형 링에서 상기 내부 환형 링으로 방사상으로 경사 수렴연장된 복수개의 외부 스포크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이커.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유출관은 상기 제1위치에서 일반적으로 상기 교반기 삽입체의 형상으로 되는 일반적으로 원추형 형상이고, 상기 제1위치에서, 상기 교반기 삽입체는 상기 유출관 유출 개구를 통해서 외향 유출을 제어하기 위한 여과 유닛을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이커.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 교반기 삽입체는, 제2위치에서, 상기 덮는 유출관과 함께, 셰이커를 흔들 때 유동성 식료품을 혼합 및 선회시키기 위해서 상기 유출관으로 상방으로, 그리고 상기 교반기 삽입체로 하방으로 원추형으로 수렴하는 확대된 혼합 챔버를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이커.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유출관 입술부는 그 둘레 주연에 있는 상기 유출 개구에서 외향으로 플레어되고 상기 입술부에 대해서 예각으로 외부 모서리까지 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이커.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유출 입술부의 바로 안쪽에 있는 상기 유출관은 그 바로 아래의 환형 수직편평면까지 이어지는 환형의 내향 하향 경사진 편평 표면을 포함하고, 상기 유출 개구를 밀봉하기 위한 상기 캡 상의 상기 수단은 상기 캡 상의 현수된 내부 환형 밀봉 림을 포함하고 상기 캡을 폐쇄할 때 상기 유출 개구내에서 삽입 가능하며; 상기 내부 밀봉 링의 외면은 유출관 상의 편평 표면에 밀접하게 결합하도록 대응하는 편평환형 표면부를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이커.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 캡은, 상기 캡의 닫힘 위치에서 상기 유출 입술부를 형성하도록, 상기 밀봉 링의 방사상 외향 내부 표면부를 갖는 호형 함몰 중앙부를 구비한 상면 패널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이커.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 상면 패널과 상기 스커트 사이에 있는 상기 캡은 상기 유출관의 외부와 평행하게 되어 있는 원추형부를 포함하고, 상기 캡은 상기 스커트부 둘레에 대한 파지면이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이커.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유출관은 상지 제1위치에서 상기 교반기 삽입체의 형상에 알맞게 된 원추형 형상이고, 상기 교반기 삽입체는 상기 제1위치에서 상기 유출관 유출 개구를 통해서 외향 유출을 제어하기 위한 여과 유닛을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이커.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 교반기 삽입체는, 제2위치에서, 상방의 유출관과 함께, 셰이커를 흔들 때 유동성 식료품의 순환 흐름에 대해 상기 유출관에서 상방으로, 그리고 상기 교반기 삽입체로 하방으로 원추형으로 수렴하는 확대된 혼합 챔버를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이커
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 개구부는 그 아래의 상기 용기에 대해서 방사상으로 확대되고, 상기 환형 칼라 아래에는, 상기 지지부를 정하고 상기 혼합 챔버의 연장부와 직접적으로 연결되고 이를 형성하는 역전된 절두 원추형 혼합 영역을 형성하는 외향 상향 경사진 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이커.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유출 입술부의 바로 안쪽에 있는 상기 유출관은 그 바로 아래의 환형 수직 편평면까지 이어지는까지 이어지는 환형의 내향 하향 경사진 편평 표면을 포함하고, 상기 유출 개구를 밀봉하기 위한 상기 캡 상의 상기 수단은 상기 캡 상의 현수된 내부 환형 밀봉 링을 포함하고 상기 캡을 폐쇄할 때 상기 유출 개구내에서 삽입 가능하며, 상기 내부 밀봉 링은 유출관 상의 편평 표면에 밀접하게 결합하도록 대응하는 편평 환형 표면부를 가진 외부 표면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이커.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 캡은, 상기 캡의 닫힘 위치에서 상기 유출 입술부에 알맞도록 상기 밀봉 링의 방사상 외향으로, 내부 표면부를 갖는 호형 함몰 중앙부를 구비한 상변 패널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰이커.
