Abstract

A container to make and store formula milk, the container 1 has a leak proof lid 2 and measurements 6, 7 on the wall of the container. When in use, the milk and formula are placed in the container 1, the lid 2 secured and the container shaken thereby mixing the contents. The container has a handle 5 to aid the shaking of the container. The lid has indentations 3 to allow the lid 2 to be gripped easily. The container is preferably large enough to allow formula milk to be mixed and stored for several bottles of formula milk and made from clear plastic. In addition the container may have an indentation inside the container to assist in the pouring or transferring of the contents to a mug or bottle.

Description

This invention relates to a device for making milk from formula based baby powder milk.

Formula milk jug consists of ajug style container. The concept is intended greatly to reduce the level inconvenience typically associated when a parent or other care giver is required to prepare several bottles of baby formula from soluble milk based powder.

However this involves measuring out several scoops of powder to prepare each bottle of liquid and given the number of bottles a typical child requires, in any given day, this can be a very time consuming process The Formula milk jug would consist of a Jug-style container that would be fabricated from a clear durable plastic, similar to the plastic used for making existing baby bottles.

The formula milk jug would be used to prepare as much as 30 fluid ounces or 7SOml of formula based powder milk at any one time. The jug container would approximately be 13cm high by 12 cm wide. It would have measurements printed on two sides much like baby bottles. It would also have an indentation inside, for easy pouring and would stop milk from dripping.

The top of the jug would be fitted with a leak proof lid with impressions of finger marks for easy grip, the lid would twist into place to close then turn to the opposite direction to open.

To use the jug, the required amount of milk powder would be added in to container and a sufficient amount of water would be poured, then the lid would be tightly secured to the jug and shaken, this process would mix the two substances to make the desired milk based formula.

The required amounts could than be poured into separate bottles or alternatively stored in the refrigerator, than milk can used to pour one bottle at a time or as much needed.

This would greatly relieve the tedious process associated with this routine childeare and would save the parent or carer considerable time in the preparation of several bottles for a small child.

   and storing several bottles of formula milk at any one time in an efficient manner, thus saving time.
2. 2. Round shaped leak proof lid with finger impression imprinted with slight indentation for easy grip.

4. 4. Rectangular indentation 10cm in length in the shape of rectangle will be placed inside for pouring or transferring to bottles or cup/mugs.
