조광손잡이 장치
제1도는 이 발명의 한 실시예를 표시하는 단면도(a)와 그 표시도(b).
제2도는 종래의 조명손잡이 장치를 표시하는 단면도.

이 발명은 카 오디오 등에 사용되는 조광손잡이 장치에 관한 것이다.
제2도의 예를들면 실개평 3-24232호 공보에 기재된 종래의 조광손잡이 장치를 표시하는 단면도이고, 도면에서 11은 조광손잡이로, 11a는 그 내부에 설치된 도광부, 11b는 광굴절부 11c는 외면의 발광부분이다. 12a는 이 조광손잡이(11)와 끼워맞추어진 회전축, 12는 LED 부착 볼륨, 13은 LED 램프, 14는 프린트기판이다.
이런 것에서는 LED 램프(13)로부터의 광선은, 조광손잡이(11)의 내부에 설치된 도광부(11a)를 경유해서 광굴절부(11b)로부터의 반사를 발광부(11c)고 조사(照射)되게 된다. 종래의 조광손잡이 장치는 이상과 같이 구성되어 있고, 조광손잡이(11)가 회축(12a)에 동기해서 회전하므로, 발광부 11c가 포인트 표시에만 대응하고, 또 LED 램프 공정 때문에 회전각에 의한 휘도차 발생이 있는 등의 문제점이 있었다.
이 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위해 된 것으로, 발광부에 기능 및 조작표시가 가능한 동시에, 조작성을 향상해서 조광손잡이 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이 발명에 관한 조광손잡이 장치는, 볼륨의 축을 회전기능을 갖지 않는 내축과, 회전기능을 갖는 외축의 2축 구성으로 하고 그 내축에 끼워서 부착된 손잡이의 발광부에 기능 및 조작표시를 대응해서 설치한 것이다.
이 발명에 있어서의 조광손잡이 장치는, 회전기능을 갖지 않는 볼륨 내축에 끼워서 장착된 손잡이의 발광부의 의장면에, 조작, 기능표시가 있고, 또 회전기능을 갖는 볼륨의 외축에 끼워 장착된 외축의 손잡이로 볼륨의 조작을 한다.
[실시예 1]
이하, 이 발명은 한 실시예를 도면에 따라 설명한다.
제1도에 있어서, 1은 내축의 제1의 손잡이로, 1a는 그 도광부, 1b는 광굴절부, 1c는 발광부로, 이들은 일체로 성형된 것으로, 회전기능을 갖지 않는 볼륨의 내측(2a)에 끼워맞추어져 있다. 3은 이 제1의 손잡이(1)의 외측을 덮는 제2의 손잡이이고, 회전기능을 갖는 볼륨의 외축(2b)에 끼워맞추어져 있다. 3a는 제2의 손잡이(3)의 투명부이고, 일체로 형성되어 있다. 4는 프린터기판(5)에 부착된 광원, 6은 도광체이다. 또, 7,8은 제1의 손잡이(1)의 표면에 표시된 조작문자와 기능문자를 표시한다. 다음에 동작에 대해 설명한다. 광원(4)로부터의 광선은 도광체(6)를 통과해서 제2의 손잡이(3)에 인도된다. 다음에 이 광선은 제1의 손잡이(1)의 광굴전부(1b)에 반사되고, 도광부(1a)는 통과해서 발광부(1c)에 도달하게 된다. 그래서 이 광선에 의해 제1의 손잡이(1)에 형성되어 있는 조작표시(7), 기능표시(8)가 조명된다. 이때, 회전기능을 갖는 외축(2b)이 회전하였더라도, 제2의 손잡이(3)에 투명부(3a)가 설치되어 있기 때문에, 임의의 각도에서 조명이 가능하게 된다. 또 광굴절부(1b)가 한곳밖에 없어서, 광양의 감소가 적고, 고휘도 표시가 가능한 이점이 있다. 또 제2의 손잡이(3)의 소재를 명확하게 하기 위해서는 도광체(6)에 의해 외주로 누광조명도 가능하다.
이상과 같이 이 발명은, 볼륨의 축의 사양에 변화를 갖게 해, 손잡이에 도광부, 투명부를 설치함으로써, 조작 기능표시를 가능하게 한 것으로, 조작성이 대폭적으로 향상하고, 또 데자인적으로도 신규의 것이 된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 볼륨 등의 조작기구를 표시하기 위해 내부광원으로 조광하는 조광손잡이 장치에서, 회전기능을 갖지 않는 내축에, 표면의 조작문자, 기능문자들이 표시되고, 내부에 도광부와 이 도광부가 광굴절해서 표면의 발광부를 조사하도록 구성한 제1의 손잡이를 끼워서 장치하는 동시에, 이 제1의 손잡이의 주위를 덮도록 회전기능을 갖는 외측에 끼워맞추어 장착되고, 빛을 통과하는 투명부를 갖는 제2의 손잡이를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 조광손잡이 장치.
