Abstract

본 발명은 리드프레임을 캡슐로 싸는 방법과 펠릿에 관한 것으로, 펠릿(6)에 압력을 가하기 전에 플라스틱박막(11)이 펠릿(6)과 플런저(10) 사이에 위치되어지는데, 상기 펠릿은 그 위에 플라스틱층이 결합된 캡슐재(예를 들어 에폭시)의 바디로 구성되며, 특히 본 발명은 상기 펠릿(6)을 제조하기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 캡슐재의 바디상에 압력과 열을 공급함으로써 상기 캡슐재를 성형적으로 변형가능하면서 플런저에 의해 압력이 가해지는 성형캐비티쪽으로 운송가능하게 하는 리드프레임을 캡슐로 싸는 방법에 있어서, 압력을 가하기 전에 플라스틱박막이 캡슐재와 플런저 사이에 위치하게 되는 리드프레임을 캡슐화하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱층이 캡슐재에 결합된 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 리드프레임을 캡슐화하는 방법.
  3. 플라스틱층이 캡슐재의 바디상에 결합되어지고 압력과 열을 가함으로써 성형적으로 변형가능하게 되는 캡슐재의 바디가 구비된 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 리드프레임을 캡슐화하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱층이 강성 물질로 제조되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 펠릿.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 층이 스트립인 것을 특징으로 하는 펠릿.
  6. 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱층이 프로파일된 것을 특징으로 하는 펠릿.
  7. 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 펠릿과 플라스틱층이 가늘고 긴 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 펠릿.
  8. 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱층이 돌출된 선단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠릿.
  9. 제3항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 층이 길이방향에 대해 횡방향으로 돌출되는 선단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠릿.
  10. 밀폐공간과, 용기와 이 용기내에 위치된 플라스틱백을 개방하기 위한 상기 공간내의 개방수단, 분말상태의 캡슐재용 버퍼공간, 플라스틱박막물질용 공급장치, 이 공급장치와 버퍼공간상에 연결된 다이, 다이에 압력을 가하는 가압 수단 및, 다이와 공조하는 배출장치수단이 구비된 제3항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 따른 펠릿제조 장치.
