2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
본 발명은 특히 환경오염으로 문제가 되고 있는 냉매인 플론 12 또는 다른 분해하기 어려운 플론화합물을 대체할 수 있는 플론 134a, 플로 32, 플론 125 등의 수소함유 플론화합물 또는 암모니아와의 상용성이 전체 사용온도 범위에 걸쳐 양호함과 동시에, 안정성 및 윤활성에 우수하고, 흡습성이 낮으며, 또 80˚C 에서의 체적고유저항이 1012Ω·㎝ 이상인 압축형냉동기용 윤활유를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명은 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 구성단위를 갖는 폴리비닐에테르계 화합물, 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 구성 단위와 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 구성단위를 갖는 폴리비닐에테르계 화합물, 및 이들 폴리비닐에테르계 화합물의 혼합물을, 각각 주성분으로 하고, 또 상기 폴리비닐에테르계 화합물의 탄소/산소 몰비가 4.2∼7.0인 압축형냉동기용 윤활유를 제공하는 것이다.

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)

  4. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리비닐에테르계 화합물이 아세탈기 및 알데히드기로 이루어지는 기의 적어도 1종을 당량으로서 15밀리당량/kg 이하 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축형냉동기용 윤활유.
  5. (a) 제1항 기재의 일반식 (Ⅰ)로 표시되는 구성단위와, (b) 일반식(Ⅱ)

  7. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리비닐에테르계 화합물이 적어도, 일반식(Ⅰ)에 있어서의 R5가 탄소수 1∼3의 탄화수소기인 구성단위 및 R5가 탄소수 3∼20의 탄화수소기인 구성단위를 갖는(단, 상기 2종의 구성단위인 R5는 동일하지 않다) 것을 특징으로 하는 압축형냉동기용 윤활유.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 폴리비닐에테르계 화합물이 아세탈기 및 알데히드기로 이루어지는 기의 적어도 1종을 당량으로 15밀리당량/kg 이하 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축형냉동기용 윤활유.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리비닐에테르계 화합물이 적어도, 일반식(Ⅰ)에 있어서의 R5가 에틸기인 구성단위 및 R5가 이소부틸기인 구성단위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축형냉동기용 윤활유.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리비닐에테르계 화합물이, 일반식(Ⅰ)에 있어서의 R5가 탄소수 1∼3의 탄화수소기인 구성단위와 그 R5가 탄소수 3∼20의 탄화수소기인 구성단위를 몰비로 5:95∼95:5의 비율로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축형냉동기형 윤활유.
  11. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리비닐에테르계 화합물이, 그 1개의 말단이 일반식(Ⅲ) 또는 (Ⅳ)
    〔식중, R11, R12및 R31은 각각 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼8의 탄화수소기를 나타내고, R11, R21및 R31은 서로 동일해도 달라도 되고, R61, R71, R81및 R91은 각각 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼20인 탄화수소기를 나타내고 R61, R71, R81및 R9l은은 서로 동일해도 달라도 된다.     〔식중, R12, R22및 R32는 각각 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼8의 탄화수소기를 나타내고, R12, R22 및 R32는 서로 동일해도 달라도 되고, R62, R72, R82및 R92는 각각 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼20인 탄화수소기를 나타내고, R62R72, R82및 R92은 서로 동일해도 달라도 된다. R42는 탄소수 1∼10인 2가의 탄화수소기 또는 탄소수 2∼20인 2가의 에테르결합 산소함유탄화수소기, R52는 탄소수 1∼20인 탄화수소기, p는 그 평균치가 0∼10인 수를 나타내고, R42O가 복수 있는 경우에는 복수의 R42O는 동일해도 달라도 된다〕로 표시되는 구조를 갖는 것인 압축형 냉동기용 윤활유.
  12. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 온도 40℃에 있어서의 동점도가 5∼1,000cSt인 압축형냉동기용 윤활유.
  13. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)에 있어서 R1, R2, R3가 모두 수소원자, m이 0∼4인 수 및 R4가 탄소수 2∼4인 2가의 탄화수소인 압축형냉동기용 윤활유.
  14. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리비닐에테르계 화합물이 그1개의 말단이 제11항 기재의 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되고, 또 나머지 말단이 제11항 기재의 일반식(Ⅴ)로 표시되는 구조를 갖고 일반식(Ⅰ)에 있어서의 R1, R2및 R3가 동시에 수소원자, m이 0∼4인 수 및 R4가 탄소수 2∼4인 2가의 탄화수소기인 압축형냉동기용 윤활유.
  15. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리비닐에테르 화합물이 그 1개의 말단이 제11항 기재의 일반식(Ⅲ) 또는(Ⅳ)로 표시되고, 또 나머지 말단이 일반식 (Ⅶ)
    〔식중, R13, R23및 R33은 각각 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼8의 탄화수소기를 나타내고, 그들은 서로 동일해도 달라도 된다.〕로 표시되는 구조를 갖는 것인 압축형냉동기용 윤활유.
  16. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)에 있어서의 R1, R2및 R3가 모두 수소원자, m이 0∼4 및 R4가 탄소수 2∼4인 2가의 탄화수소기인 압축형냉동기용 윤활유.
  17. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리비닐에테르계 화합물이 그 1개의 말단이 제11항 기재의 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되고, 또 나머지 말단이 제 15항 기재의 일반식(Ⅶ)로 표시되는 구조를 갖고, 일반식(Ⅰ)에 있어서의 R1, R2및 R3가 동시에 수소원자, m이 0∼4 인수및 R4가 탄소수 2∼4인 2가의 탄화수소인 압축형냉동기용 윤활유.
  18. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 압축형냉동기가 냉매로서 수소함유 플론을 사용한 것인 압축형냉동기용 윤활유.
  19. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 압축형냉동기가 냉매로서 하이드로플루오르카본을 사용한 것인 압축형냉동기용 윤활유.
  20. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 압축형냉동기가 냉매로서 하이드로클로로플루오르카본을 사용한 것인 압축형냉동기용 윤활유.
  21. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 압축형냉동기가 냉매로서 암모니아를 사용한 것인 압축형냉동기용 윤활유.
