Abstract
본 발명은 구조적으로 가능한한 낮은 높이를 가지는 전동기/펌프 유닛에 관한 것이다. 전동기(1)는 그 개방 단부가 플레이트(plate)(21)에 의해 폐쇄되는 단지형 하우징(20)으로 구성된다. 펌프(2)는 그 중심면에 펌프 피스톤(11)용 구멍(10)이 연장되는 대략 직방체 형태의 블록(3)으로 구성된다. 플레이트(21)는 기저 원판(25) 및 램프(ramp)형 연부(26)를 구비한다. 펌프 블록(3)은 오목부(15)를 가진다. 전동기(1)와 펌프(2)의 조립시 플레이트(21)의 기저원판(25)은 펌프 블록(3)의 오목부(15)내에 배치된다.

첨부 도면은 전동기의 특유한 특징 및 펌프의 특유한 특징이 도시되어 있는 모터 펌프 유닛의 단면도이다.
Claims (10)
- 단지형 하우징(20)과, 이 하우징(20)의 중심에 배치되는 샤프트(22)와, 하우징(20)의 개방 단부를 폐쇄하고 상기 하우징(20)으로부터 상기 샤프트가 돌출되는 통로부(24)를 구비한 플레이트(plate)(21)와, 이 플레이트(21)의 외연부를 에워싸고 상기 하우징(20)이 끼워 넣어지는 칼라(27)를 구비한 펌프용 전도기에 있어서, 상기 플레이트(21)는 그 중심에 샤프트(22)을 위한 통로부(24)가 배치된 편평한 기저원판(25) 및 기저원판(25)으로부터 경사져 상승되고 그 외연부에 환형 칼라(27)가 형성된 연부 영역(26)으로 구성되며, 플레이트(21)가 하우징(20)에 결합되면 기저원판(25)은 축방향으로 보았을 때 단지형 하우징(20)의 연부(28)의 전방에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프용 전동기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 샤프트(22)에 있는 정류자(31)와 접촉하는 브러시(30)가 플레이트(21)의 내측면에 배치되며, 기저원판(25)의 직경은 브러시(30)가 반경 방향으로 차지하는 범위보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주 베어링(7)용 지지체(36)가 플레이트(21)에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지지체는 기저원판(25)의 외면으로부터 돌출되고, 그 내경이 주 베어링의 외경과 일치하는 환형 웨브(web)(36)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기.
- 플랜지면(15)내로 인입된 포켓형 구멍(5)을 구비한 대략 직방체 형태의 블록(3)으로 구성되며, 포켓형 구멍(5)내에는 전동기의 축이 삽입될 수 있으며, 수납 구멍(5)에 수직한 중심면에는 펌프 피스톤(11)용 구멍(10)이 배치되며, 중심면의 상부 및 하부에 있는 평면에는 이들 평면에 배치된 밸브, 죠인트(40,41)및 저장소로 안내되는 하우징 채널이 연장되는, 선해 항들 중 어느 한 항에 따른 펌프용 전동기가 플랜지식으로 연결될 수 있는 펌프 하우징에 있어서, 플랜지 측면(4)에는 편평한 오목부(15)가 형성되며, 오목부(15)의 직경은 플랜지식으로 연결된 전동기의 하우징의 직경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 하우징.
- 제5항에 있어서, 오목부(15)의 바닥면(15)과 펌프 하우징(3)의 플랜지면(4) 사이의 전이 영역은 경사져 연장되는 환형면(16)으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 하우징.
- 바닥면(15)의 직경이 전동기의 기저원판(25)의 직경과 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전동기와 제5항 또는 제6항에 따른 펌프를 구비하는 전동기/펌프 유닛.
- 제7항에 있어서, 전동기 하우징(20)의 연부(28)는 펌프 하우징(3) 의 플랜지면(4)에 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기/ 펌프 유닛.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 플레이트(21)의 내측면에 있는 브러시(30)는 플랜지면(4)의 가상 연장선에 의해 절단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기/펌프 유닛.
- 제7항에 있어서, 편심기(9)로서 형성되는 축(22)의 영역은 부분적으로 주 하우징(7)의 내측에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기/펌프 유닛.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
