Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. モータシャフト(3)のポンプ側端部を有する電気モータを備え、モータ シャフトが少なくとも1つのローラーベアリング(13)によってポンプハウジ ング(2)に支持され、またポンプピストン(17、18)を駆動するためのも のであり、シャフトの通路(9)の領域におけるハウジングの蓋(10)がポン プ側のクランクチャンバ(14)をモータの内部空間(19)に接続するギャッ プ(11)を開成しておくためのものであって、 封止部材(20)が、ギャップ(11)を閉成するために設けられていること を特徴とする電気モータとポンプの組み合わせ装置。 2. 封止部材(20)が、ハウジングの蓋(10)に設けられ径方向において モータシャフト(3)に対して作用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気モ ータとポンプの組み合わせ装置。 3. ハウジングの蓋(10)が、シャフトに近接した側において封止部材(2 0)用の溝部(23)を有する孔部(22)を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1 または2記載の電気モータとポンプの組み合わせ装置。 4. ハウジングの蓋(10)が、壁部(21)に沿って狭いギャップ(11) を生成するためにモータシャフト(3)に近接して延びていることを特徴とする 請求項1ないし3いずれか1項記載の電気モータとポンプの組み合わせ装置。 5. コレクタ側のハウジングの蓋(10)が凹部(24)を有し、その中にコ レクタ(6)が一部分延在していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4いずれか 1項記載の電気モータとポンプの組み合わせ装置。 6. 封止部材(20)が、ハウジングの蓋の前端部に設けられていて、軸線方 向にベアリングリング(26)に作用することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5い ずれか1項記載の電気モータとポンプの組み合わせ装置。 7. ハウジングの蓋(10)が、軸線方向において、封止部材(20)が設け られた溝部(23)を持った円筒状の突出部(25)を有することを特徴とする 請求項1ないし6いずれか1項記載の電気モータとポンプの組み合わせ装置。 8. 封止部材(20)が、内側のベアリングリングに作用することを特徴とす る請求項1ないし7いずれか1項記載の電気モータとポンプの組み合わせ装置。 9. 封止部材(20)が、シャフト封止リング(28)として形成されている ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8いずれか1項記載の電気モータとポンプの組 み合わせ装置。 10. 封止部材(20)が、環状の補強および弾性部材(30)と少なくとも 1つの封止舌部(31)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし9いずれか1 項記載の電気モータとポンプの組み合わせ装置。 11. 封止部材(20)が、ポンプに近接した段状孔部(27)内に挿入され ていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10いずれか1項記載の電気モータとポ ンプの組み合わせ装置。 12. 封止部材(20)が、ストップリング(32)および関連するOリング (33)を有し、ハウジングの蓋(10)と内側のベアリングリングとの間に介 挿されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11いずれか1項記載の電気モー タとポンプの組み合わせ装置。 13. ストップリング(32)が、弾性的に構成されていて、PTFEリング が一方の弾性的な端部(34)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ない し12いずれか1項記載の電気モータとポンプの組み合わせ装置。 14. 封止部材(20)が、環状の構造とV字状の断面を有し、内側のベアリ ングリングとストップリング(32)との間のスペース(36)に設けられてい ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし13いずれか1項記載の電気モータとポンプ の組み合わせ装置。 15. モータ側の前端部(41)の封止部材(20)が、ハウジングの蓋(1 0)の溝部(45)に設けられていて、軸線方向においてコレクタに作用するこ とを特徴とする請求項1ないし14いずれか1項記載の電気モータとポンプの組 み合わせ装置。 16. 環状の基部(42)を持った封止部材(20)が、ハウジングの蓋(1 0)内に挿入されていて、曲げられた円錐状部(43)によって軸線方向におい てコレクタ(6)に作用することを特徴とする請求項1ないし15いずれか1項 記載の電気モータとポンプの組み合わせ装置。
