제1도는 본 발명에 의한 밀폐형 압축기의 한 실시예를 나타낸 단면도, 제2도는 제1도 선 Ⅱ-Ⅱ의 단면도, 제4도는 본 발명에 의한 밀폐형 압축기의 조립공정을 나타낸 설명도, 제7도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예를 나타낸 부분단면도.
※ 도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명
11 : 케이싱(casing), 12 : 압축펌프 조립체, 13 : 고정자(stator), 15 : 기동축, 18 : 회전자(rotor), 21 : 조심플레이트(plate), 23 : 보울트(bolt), 26 : 모우터코일(motor coil), 28 : 커버(cover).

Claims (8)

  1. 고정자 및 회전자가 있는 전동모우터와, 전술한 전동모우터에 의해 회전구동되는 압축펌프 조립체를 밀폐케이싱 내부에 설치형성하는 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서, 전술한 고정자는 외부둘레가 케이싱 내벽에 고정되고, 전술한 고정자의 내부 둘레축선에 대해 직교하는 방향으로 배치되어 있고 중앙에 맞뚫린 구멍이 설치되어 있는 판형상의 조심플레이트에 전술한 압축펌프 조립체는 부착 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조립체는, 그 일부가 조심플레이트의 중앙의 맞뚫린 구멍에 자유롭게 움직일 수 있도록 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 조심플레이트는 외부둘레가 레이저용접에 의해서 케이싱 내벽에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
  4. 다음의 (a)-(c)의 각 공정으로 형성된 밀폐케이싱 내부에 전동모우터 및 압축펌프 조립체가 맞춰 넣어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기의 조립방법.
    a) 적어도 하나의 개구부가 있는 케이싱 내부에 전동모우터의 고정자를 끼워넣고 고정자의 외부둘레를 케이싱 내벽에 고정한다.
    b) 중앙에 맞뚫린 구멍이 설치되어 있는 판형상의 조심플레이트를 전술한 개구부로부터 케이싱 내부로 끼워넣고 지구를 이용하여 전술한 고정자 내부둘레의 축선과 직교하는 방향으로 배치하고 조심플레이트의 외부둘레를 케이싱 내벽에 고정시킨다.
    c) 구동축에 전동모우터의 회전자가 기워붙혀저 있는 압축펌프조립체를 전술한 조심플레이트에 대해 전술한 고정자 내부둘레의 축심에 회전자의 축심이 일치하도록 축심을 조정하면서 부착 고정시킨다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 조심플레이트는 고정자 내부둘레와 동일한 지름의 원주부와 이 원주부에 직교하도록 설치된 플랜지부가 있는 지구를 이용하여 케이싱 내부에 배치고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 고정자 내부둘레의 축심과 회전자의 축심은 회전자의 외부둘레를 적어도 두 방향에서 고정자의 내부둘레에 접촉시켜서 고정자의 내부둘레와 회전자하고 상대위치를 검출하므로서 심을 맞무는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서 압축펌프 조립체를 조심플레이트에 보울트를 이용해서 조여서 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 압축펌프 조립체는 조심플레이트를 레이저 봉접으로 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립방법.
