Abstract

Claims (9)

  1. 모터 축(10)과 연결 가능한 회전자, 고정자와 그의 외측 테두리로 모터 고정 하우징(12)에 고정하며, 그의 내측부(32)로 고정자(20)에 고정하는 회전 지지, 그리고/또는 방사상의 가요성 멤브레인(30)으로 이루어진 고정자 연결을 갖추고 모터에 설치 가능한 회전각-측정장치에 있어서, 멤브레인(30)이 그의 내측부(32)와 함께 고정자(20)의 모터를 향한 측부에 배열되어, 멤브레인(30)이 고정자(20)의 외측 케이싱 면을 감싸며 멤브레인의 외측 테두리는 모터 고정 하우징(12)을 통해 모터 고정 하우징(12)의 모터 대향 측부로부터 폐쇄된 덮개(16)에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각-측정장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 멤브레인(30)은 그의 외측 테두리에 돌기부(44)를 형성하고, 이 외측 돌기부(44)를 하우징(12)과 하우징에 밀어 넣는 덮개(16) 사이에 끼워 넣는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각-측정장치.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 회전자 축(22)은 모터 축(10)과 억지 끼워 맞춤하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각-측정장치.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 회전자 축(22)은 지지축으로 이루어져 모터 축(10)의 단부 보어(28)에 억지 끼워 맞춤되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각-측정장치.
  5. 선행하는 청구항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 멤브레인(30)은 그의 내측부(32)와 함께 회전 방향으로 형끼움되게 고정자(20)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각-측정장치.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 고정자(20)는 모터 측의 전방면에 배열된 코부로 형끼움되게 멤브레인(30)의 아크부(38)에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각-측정장치.
  7. 선행하는 청구항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 덮개(16)는 부위(52)와 함께 하우징(2)의 모터 대향 전방면의 구멍(14)에 축방향으로 끼워지며, 멤브레인(30)의 돌기부(44)는 구멍의 테두리와 덮개(16)의 부위(52) 사이에 방사상으로 끼워넣는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각-측정장치.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 돌기부(44)는 일단으로 구멍(14)의 내주연의 홈(50)에, 다단으로 부위(52)의 외주연의 그루브(54)에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각-측정장치.
  9. 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 덮개(16)의 부위(52)는 고정자(20)의 외측 케이싱 면과 멤브레인(30)의 케이싱 면(40)의 방사 연장부(42) 사이에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각-측정장치.
