Abstract
진폭을 조절하기 위한 증배기의 사용은 공지되어 있다. 출력 신호는 제어 신호에 따라 선형으로 조절된다. 본 발명의 목적은 dB 선형 방식으로 제어되는 증배 증폭기를 설계하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 그 수치 분배 계수로 인해 출력 전압이 그 제어 전압에 dB-선형적으로 의존하는 트랜지스터들이 증배기(2)의 입력에 접속된다. 본 발명은 DAB 텔레비젼용 IF 증폭기의 진폭 조절에 특히 적합하다.

Claims (8)
- 제어 전압(VAGC)에 대해 dB 선형인 출력 전압을 가지며 제어 전압(VAGC)에 의해 제어되는 증배기를 갖는 증폭단에 있어서, 상기 증배기(2)의 입력에는 트랜지스터들(T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6)이 접속되고, 이들 트랜지스터는 그 두 입력간의 수치 분배비(NT)에 의해, 제어 전압(VAGC)에 대한 출력 전압(VC)의 dB 선형 의존성을 달성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증폭단.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어 전압(VAGC)을 전류(Ia,Ib)로 변환하는 제어 유닛(3)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증폭단.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 유닛(3)은 이득이 온도에 따라 일정하게 유지되도록 전류(Ia,Ib)를 재조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증폭단.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분배비는 예컨대 1:5의 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 증폭단.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트랜지스터들은 단일 칩상의 대응하는 트랜지스터 면적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증폭단.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일정 전압 이득(Av)이 제공될 때, 차등 증폭기(nc)들을 결합함으로써 변조 범위의 증가가 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증폭단.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 변조 범위는 상기 차등 증폭기들의 에미터 라인에 m개의 다이오드를 삽입함으로써 m배로 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증폭단.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대역폭은 캐스코드 회로에 의해 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증폭단.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
