Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 制御電圧(VGAC)に対しデシベル線形性のある出力電圧と、上記制御 電圧(VGAC)によって制御される乗算器とを有する増幅器段であって、トラ ンジスタ(T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6)は上記乗算器(2)の入力に 接続され、上記トランジスタは、二つの入力の間の数値的分配比(NT)によっ て、出力電圧(VC)の上記制御電圧(VAGC)に対するデシベル−線形依存 を得ることを特徴とする増幅器段。 2. 上記制御電圧(VGAC)を電流(Ia,Ib)に変換する制御ユニット (3)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の増幅器段。 3. 上記制御ユニット(3)は、上記利得が温度によらず一定のままであるよ うに上記電流(Ia,Ib)を再調整することを特徴とする請求項2記載の増幅 器段。 4. 上記分配比は、例えば、1:5の値を有することを特徴とする請求項1記 載の増幅器段。 5. 上記トランジスタはチップ上の対応するトランジスタ領域によって形成さ れることを特徴とする請求項1記載の増幅器段。 6. 一定の電圧利得(Av)が与えられたならば、変調レンジの増加が差動増 幅器(nc)を結合することにより得られる請求項1記載の増幅器段。 7. 上記変調レンジは、上記差動増幅器のエミッタラインにm個 のダイオードを挿入することによりm倍に増加されることを特徴とする請求項6 記載の増幅器段。 8. 帯域幅はカスコード回路を用いて増加されることを特徴とする請求項1記 載の増幅器段。
