제2도는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 관한 신호 레벨제어 회로를 도시하는 회로도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 입력신호를 차동증폭하여 그 차동증폭 신호를 출력하는 차동 증폭기와 상기 차동신호를 취입하여 레벨가변수단으로 부터의 지령에 따라 그 차동증폭신호의 레벨을 가변하는 레벨조정회로와, 상기 레벨 조정회로에 의하여 레벨이 가변된 차동증폭 신호를 취입하여 그 한쪽의 신호를 제1트랜지스터에 공급하고, 그 다른쪽의 신호를 제2트랜지스터에 공급하고, 이 제2의 트랜지스터에 접속된 부하에서 출력신호를 취출하도록 한 조런트미러회로를 구비한 신호레벨제어회로에 있어서 상기 크런트미러회로의 제2트랜지스터를 출력신호 변형을 제거하기 위하여 더린턴 접속한 회로로 해서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호레벨제어회로.
