Abstract

본 발명은 유리창을 제작하기에 적합한 실리카-소다-칼슘 유리 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르는 유리는 중량%로 표현된 다음의 한정량으로 정의되는 구성 성분을 포함한다 : SiO269 내지 75%; Al2O30 내지 3%; B2O30 내지 5%; CaO 2 내지 10%; MgO 0 내지 2%; NaO 9 내지 17%; K2O 0 내지 8%; Fe2O3(전체 철) 0.2 내지 4%; Se, CoO, Cr2O3, NiO, CuO 0 내지 0.45%, Fe2O3의 함량이 1.5% 이하인 반면, 철 이외의 착색제의 함량은 0.0002% 이상이고, 불소, 산화아연, 산화지르코늄, 산화세륨, 산화티탄 및 4% 미만의 산화바륨 또한 포함할 수 있으며 알칼리 토류 산화물의 백분율의 총합이 10% 이하로 유지된다.

Claims (15)

  1. 중량%로 표현된 다음의 한정량으로 정의되는 구성 성분들을 포함하고, Fe2O3의 함량이 1.5% 이하인 경우, 철 이외의 착색제의 함량은 0.0002% 이상이고, 또한 불소, 산화아영, 산화지르코늄, 산화세륨, 산화티탄 및 4% 미만의 산화바륨을 포함할 수 있으며, 알칼리 토류 산화물의 백분율의 총합이 10% 이하임을 특징으로 하는, 특히 유리창을 생산하기 위한 실리카-소다-칼슘 유리 조성물.

    CaO 2 내지 10%
    MgO 0 내지 2%
    Na2O 9 내지 17%
    K2O 0 내지 8%
    Fe2O3(전체 철) 0.2 내지 4%

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중량%로 표현되는 Se, CoO, Cr2O3, NiO의 전체 함량 범위가 0 내지 0.15%임을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, MgO의 함량이 1% 미만, 바람직하게는 거의 0%임을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리성 산화물의 전체 함량이 약 15% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 한 항에 있어서, BaO를 0.5 내지 3.5중량% 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불소를 0.5 내지 2중량% 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, ZnO를 0.05 내지 3중량% 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, ZrO2를 1.5중량% 이하 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, Ce2O3을 1.5중량% 이하, 바람직하게는 0.3 내지 0.8중량% 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, TiO2를 1중량% 이하 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 산화세륨과 산화티탄을 Ce2O3+TiO2의 총합이 1.2중량% 이하로 되는 비율로 동시에 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화철을 FeO/Fe2O3의 비가 0.8 미만으로 되는 비율로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 철 이외의 하나 이상의 착색제를 다음의 한정량으로 정의된 중량 함량에 따라 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
    Se 〈 0.008%
    CoO 〈 0.04%
    Cr2O3〈 0.1%
    NiO 〈 0.07%
    CuO 〈 0.3%
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 발광체C하에서 560㎚ 미만의 우세한 파장을 나타내는 유리 조성물.
  15. 화학적 조성이 제1항 내지 제13항 중의 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은, 두께 0.8 내지 10mm의 유리판을 하나 이상 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리창.
