Abstract
아크릴로니트릴 또는 메타크릴로니트릴에 대한 개선된 선택률로 프로필렌 또는 이소부틸렌으로부터 아크릴론니트릴 또는 메타크릴론니트릴을 제조하는데 사용하는 암모 산화 촉매 조성물, 조성물은 몰리브덴, 비스무트, 철, 및 칼륨, 루비듐 및 세슘으로부터 선택한 1종 이상의 원소인 성분(A)의 산화물을 함유하고, 몰리브덴 12원자에 대한 비스무트, 철 및 성분(A) 의 원자비율이, 각각, 0.1 내지 6, 0.1 내지 8 및 0.01 내지 0.5인 산화물 촉매, 및 담체의 양이 산화물 촉매 및 담체의 총량의 40∼60중량%인 촉매지지용 실리카 담체를 함유한다. 실리카 원료로 규소 100원자에 대해 원자비율로 0.04 이하의 알루미늄 함량을 갖는 실리카졸을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (4)
- 산화물 촉매 및 이를 지지하는 실리카 담체를 함유하고 (단, 실리카 담체는 산화물 촉매 및 실리카 담체의 총 중량에 대해 40 내지 60중량%의 양으로 존재한다), 프로필렌 또는 이소부틸렌을 암모산화시켜, 프로필렌으로부터 아크릴로니트릴을 제조하거나 이소부틸렌으로부터 메타크릴로니트릴을 제조하는데 사용하는 암모산화 촉매 조성물에 있어서, 산화물 촉매는 몰리브덴, 비스무트, 철 및 성분 A(칼륨, 루비듐 및 세슘으로부터 선택한 1종 이상의 원소)의 산화물을 함유하고 (단, 비스무트,철 및 성분 A는 각각 몰리브덴 12원자에 대해 원자 비율로 0.1 내지 6, 0.1 내지 8 및 0.01 내지 0.5의 양으로 존재한다), 상기 암모 산화 촉매 조성물은 실리카졸 및 산화물 촉매의 금속 원자 성분의 원료를 함유하는 슬러리를 제조하고, 이어서 슬러리를 분무건조시킨 후, 하소하여 제조한 암모 산화 촉매 조성물이며, 실리카졸은 규소 100 원자에 대해 원자비율로 0.04 이하의 알루미늄 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 암모 산화 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카졸이 규소 100 원자에 대해 원자 비율로 0.02 이하의 알루미늄 함량을 갖는 촉매 조성물.
- 산화물 촉매 및 이를 지지하는 실리카 담체를 함유하는 암모 산화 촉매 조성물의 존재하에서, 프로필렌 또는 이소부틸렌과 암모니아 및 산소분자-함유 가스를 기상으로 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 아크릴로니트릴 또는 메타크릴로니트릴의 제조 방법에 있어서, 실리카 담체는 산화물 촉매 및 실리카 담체의 총 중량에 대해 40 내지 60중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 산화물 촉매는 몰리브덴, 비스무트, 철 및 성분 A(칼륨, 루비듐 및 세슘으로부터 선택한 1종 이상의 원소)의 산화물을 함유하고 (단, 비스무트, 철 및 성분 A는 각각 몰리브덴 12 원자에 대해 원자비율로 0.1 내지 6, 0.1 내지 8 및 0.01 내지 0.5의 양으로 존재한다). 상기 암모 산화 촉매 조성물은 실리카졸 및 산화물 촉매의 금속 원자 성분의 원료를 함유하는 슬러리를 제조하고, 이어서 슬러리를 분무건조시킨 후, 하소하여 제조한 암모 산화 촉매 조성물이며, 실리카졸은 규소 100 원자에 대해 원자비율로 0.04 이하의 알루미늄 함량을 갖는 아크릴로 니트릴 또는 메타크릴로니트릴의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 실리카졸은 규소 100원자에 대해 원자비율로 0.02 이하의 알루미늄 함량을 갖는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
