SE PRESENTA UNA COMPOSICION PARA UN CATALIZADOR DE AMOXIDACION PARA SU USO EN LA PRODUCCION DE ACRILONITRILO A PARTIR DE PROPILENO, O METACRILONITRILO A PARTIR DE ISOBUTILENO, MEDIANTE AMOXIDACION DEL PROPILENO O DEL ISOBUTILENO, LA COMPOSICION COMPRENDE UN CATALIZADOR DE OXIDO Y UN PORTADOR DE SILICE QUE TIENE EL CATALIZADOR DE OXIDO SOPORTADO SOBRE EL MISMO, EN DONDE EL PORTADOR DE SILICE ESTA PRESENTE EN UNA CANTIDAD DE ENTRE EL 40% Y EL 60% DEL PESO, EN BASE AL PESO TOTAL DEL CATALIZADOR DE OXIDO Y DEL PORTADOR DE SILICIO. EL CATALIZADOR DE OXIDO COMPRENDE OXIDOS DE MOLIBDENO, BISMUTO, HIERRO Y UN COMPONENTE A QUE ES AL MENOS UN ELEMENTO SELECCIONADO ENTRE POTASIO, RUBIDIO Y CESIO, EN DONDE EL BISMUTO, EL HIERRO Y EL COMPONENTE A ESTAN, RESPECTIVAMENTE, PRESENTES EN CANTIDADES DE ENTRE 0.1 Y 6, DE ENTRE 0.1 Y 8 Y DE ENTRE 0.01 Y 5 EN TERMINOS DE PROPORCIONES ATOMICAS CON RELACION A 12 ATOMOS DE MOLIBDENO.
