Abstract
원심력식 냉동 컴프레서는 적어도 임펠러(17,18), 전기 모터(27)및 컴프레서 하우징(12)에 대하여 축방향의 움직임을 제한하기 위하여 샤프트에 연결된 축방향 로케이팅 수단과 함께 비윤활성 래디얼 베어링상에 장착된 구동 샤프트(22), 예를 들면 마그네틱 또는 포일 가스 베어링(23,24)을 포함한다. 하우징(12)은 모터(27)와 컴프레서를 둘러싸고 가스 인렛(31)과 가스 아웃렛(16) 통로를 구성한다. 가스 트로틀링 수단(34)은 인렛(31)내에 제공되고 컨트롤 수단(30)은 트로틀링 수단(34)과 모터의 속도를 변화시켜 냉동 부하에 따라 컴프레서를 통한 컴프레션 비율 및 매스 흐름을 조절한다.

제4도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 컴프레서의 개선된 형태의 단면도이다.
제5도는 본 발명의 컴프레서에 사용되는 포일 가스 베어링의 단면도이다.
제6도의 a, b 및 c는 본 발명의 컴프레서를 구동하기 위한 컨트롤 로직 다이아그램이다.
Claims (17)
- 샤프트에 장착된 임펠러를 갖는 적어도 하나의 원심 컴프레서 스테이지와, 상기 샤프트를 구동하는 전기모터와, 상기 모터는 상기 샤프트에 연결된 로터를 포함하고, 상기 샤프트는 오일리스 래디얼 베어링에 의하여 지지되고, 축방향 이동을 제한하기 위하여 샤프트와 연결된 축방향 로케이팅 수단과, 상기 모터와 임펠러를 둘러싼 하우징, 상기 하우징은 축방향 연장 가스 인렛 및 가스 아웃렛 통로를 일체화하고, 가스의 임펠러 공급을 조절하기 위하여 상기 인렛 내의 가스 트로틀링 수단과, 그리고 부하에 대응하여 상기 가스 트로틀링 수단을 조절하는 컨트롤수단을 포함하는 냉동 컴프레서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 하우징은 냉매를 이송하여 상기 모터를 냉각하고 냉매 가스를 상기 모터에서 상기 가스 인렛으로 이송하는 통로를 일체화하고 있는 컴프레서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제이 원심 컴프레서 스테이지는 상기 제일 스테이지로부터 가스를 수납하고 상기 샤프트상에 장착된 제이 임펠러를 포함하는 컴프레서.
- 제1항 또는 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모터는 상기 제일 및 제이 컴프레서 스테이지들 사이에 위치하고, 상기 하우징은 가스를 상기 제일 스테이지의 아웃렛으로부터 축방향으로 위치한 상기 제이 스테이지의 인렛에 이송하는 덕트를 일체화하고 있는 컴프레서.
- 제3또는 제4항에 있어서, 가스 포트는 냉매 가스를 냉매 확장 챔버에서 상기 제이 컴프레서 스테이지로 이송하는 컴프레서.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 확장 챔버는 상기 하우징과 일체로 되고 그리고 상기 챔버로 상기 냉매 흐름을 부하에 따라 조절하는 액상 냉매 레벨 센서와 밸브를 포함하는 컴프레서.
- 상기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 오일리스 래디얼 베어링은 회전과 고정 베어링 표면 사이에서 일정한 이격을 유지하는 컨트롤 회로를 갖는 능동 마그네틱 베어링을 포함하는 컴프레서.
- 제1항부터 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 축방향 로케이팅 수단은 능동 축방향 마그네틱 트러스트 베어링을 포함하는 컴프레서.
- 제1항부터 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 축방향 로케이팅 수단은 한쌍의 수동 마그네틱 트러스트 베어링을 포함하고 각각은 상기 샤프트의 각 말단에 부착되는 제일 영구 자석 및 상기 각 제일 자석에 인접하여 상기 하우징에 부착되는 제이 영구 자석을 갖고, 상기 각 쌍의 상기 자석은 서로 반발하여 인접하는 폴과 같은 것을 갖으며, 이에 따라 상기 제이 자석 사이에 상기 샤프트가 중심을 잡는 컴프레서.
- 제1항부터 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 축방향 로케이팅 수단은 축방향 포일 가스 베어링을 포함하는 컴프레서.
- 제1항부터 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 오일리스 래디얼 베어링은 포일 가스 베어링을 포함하는 컴프레서.
- 상기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 가스 트로틀링 수단은 상기 가스 인렛에 다수의 반경 방향연장 베인을 포함하고, 각 베인은 상기 컨트롤 수단으로부터의 컨트롤 신호에 대응하여 상기 하우징내 컨트롤링에 의하여 래디얼 축에 대하여 개방과 폐쇄 위치 사이에서 회전 가능한 컴프레서.
- 상기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 하우징은 합성 플라스틱 물질을 인젝션 몰딩에 의하여 형성한 내부 하우징을 포함하고 상기 내부 하우징은 베어링 지지체, 냉매 통로, 모터 스타터 지지체 및 가스 미로를 형성하는 컴프레서.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 하우징은 다이-케스트 알루미늄 얼로이의 외부 하우징을 포함하는 컴프레서.
- 상기한 항중 어느 한 항의 컴프레서와 상기 가스 아웃렛 통로로부터 통과하는 냉매 가스를 응축시키는 냉매 컨덴서와, 확장 챔버와 확장 장치 및 증발 수단을 포함하는 냉동 시스템으로서, 상기 컨트롤 수단은 증발 수단, 상기 가스 인렛과 가스 아웃렛 통로에서 압력 트렌스듀서, 가스 트로틀링 수단, 모터 전원 공급 수단과 모터 속도 센서 수단으로부터 입력 신호를 수납하고, 상기 컴프레서를 통하여 일정한 냉매 흐름을 유지하도록 시스템 부하와 로직 컨트롤 변수에 따라 모니 스피드와 가스 트로틀링 수단을 조절하는 냉동 시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤 로직은 실질적으로 제6a, 6b, 6c에 기재된 것인 시스템.
- 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 설명된 것과 실질적으로 동일한 컴프레서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
