Abstract
고정스크롤(2)에서의 소용돌이체(2b) 끝단을 가동스크롤(3)에서의 소용돌이체(3b) 끝단측에 연장한다. 소용돌이체(2b)의 연장으로 각 압축실 (RA, RB)의 흡입구(22,23)를 근접시키는 한편, 흡입구(22,23)를 밀폐케이싱(2) 상부에 위치시킨다. 더욱이, 압축요소실(12A)과 전동기실(12B)로 구분하는 하우징(4) 상부에 흡입통로(24)를 형성한다. 게다가, 흡입관(11)의 개구위치는 흡입통로(24)에 대해 둘레방향으로 어긋나 있다. 흡입통로(24)는 압출실(RA, RB)의 흡입구(22, 23)에 대해 둘레방향으로 어긋나 있다. 흡입통로(24)는 흡입구(22,23)에 대해 가동스크롤(3) 공전방향의 전방측으로 어긋나 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예를 도시한 것으로, 고정스크롤및 가동스크롤의 소용돌이체를 일부 절개하여 하우징을 본 단면도.
제2도는 일부를 생략한 횡형 스크롤 압축기의 종단면도.
제3도는 하우징만을 도시한 우측면도.
제4도는 별도의 실시예를 도시한 횡형 스크롤 압축기의 요부 단면도.
Claims (4)
- 횡형이 밀폐케이싱(1)내의 일측부에 압축요소(E)가, 타측부에 전동기(M)가, 각각 수납되고, 상기 압축요소(E)는 각각 경판(3a, 3b)의 전면에 소용돌이체(2b,3b)가 형성되어 이루어지는 고정스크롤(2)및 가동스크롤(3)의 각 소용돌이체(2b,3b)를 끼워 맞추어 구성되고, 양 스크롤(2,3) 사이에 짝을 지은 형상의 복수 압축실(RA, RB)이 형성되는 한편, 상기 전동기(M)은 가동스크롤(3)을 공정시키도록 이 가동스크롤(3)에 연결되고, 상기 밀폐케이싱(1) 내부공간(12)에서의 압축요소(E)와 전동기(M) 사이에 흡입관(11)이 개구하고 있는 횡형 스크롤 압축기에 있어서, 상기 고정스크롤(2)의 소용돌이체(2b) 끝단이 상기 짝진 압축실(RA, RB)의 흡입구(22,23)가 근접하도록 가동스크롤(3)의 소용돌이체(3b) 끝단측에 연장되고, 상기 흡입구(22,23)가 밀폐케이싱(1) 상부에 위치하도록 양 스크롤(2,3)이 배치되는 한편, 상기 내부공간(12)에는 내부공간(12)을 압축요소실(12A)와 전동기실(12B)로 구분하는 하우징(4)이 압축요소(E)와 전동기(M)사이에 설치되고, 상기 흡입관(11)이 전동기실(12B)에 개구되고, 상기 하우징 (4) 상부에는 흡입구(22,23)가 개구하는 흡입구에 연통하는 흡입통로(24)가 형성됨과 동시에 상기 하우징(4)에는 압축요소실(12A)과 전동기실(12B)에 연통하면서 소정의 유통저항을 갖는 오일복귀통로(25)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡입관(11)의 전동기실(12b)로의 개구위치는 하우징 (4)상부의 흡입통로(24)에 대해 둘레방향으로 어긋나 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 흡입통로(24)는 2개의 압축실(RA, RB)의 흡입구(22,23)에 대해 둘레방향으로 어긋난 위치에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 흡입통로(24)는 흡입구(22, 23)에 대해 가동스크롤(3) 공전방향의 전방측으로 어긋난 위치에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡형 스크롤 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
